This Condo is on the 6th floor of The Dickson building, so you have found the perfect place to stay for University of Arkansas sporting events, visiting campus, Dickson Street festivals or just enjoying walking to everything on Dickson Street. The interior of this condo has new contemporary finishes like granite and stainless. This has been the model unit for The Dickson until we purchased it. The living room is spacious with two sets of large double glass doors leading out to 200 square feet of 6th floor patio space. You will want to spend most of your time on the patio taking in the picturesque view of Old Main!!! Back inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen with center island complete with two stools. The bedroom has a King Tempur-Pedic bed and adjoining bathroom with large soaking tub/shower unit. The bathroom is also accessible from the living room. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit for laundry. There is a fold-down Murphy Bed with regular queen mattress (not a flimsy fold out couch mattress) in the living room giving you plenty of room to sleep up to 4 adults total in this condo. Enough about the condo! It is great, but you came to Fayetteville to be on Dickson Street. Just take the elevator down to the main floor and walk right out onto Dickson. The rental does come with a reserved covered parking spot in the attached garage, but you are going to leave your car there and walk to anything you need. You are steps away from many restaurants and bars, walton art center, UofA campus and all that Dickson Street has to offer. This is truly the place to stay in Fayetteville. This is a new rental for us, but we are not new to VRBO. Check out the reviews of our other two properties and you will see that we do a great job of making our guests have an enjoyable stay. Our other two vacation homes that we rent are #427579 and #492926

About Jason Taylor
Both my wife and I grew up in Batesville, AR and live there now with our two children. I graduated from the UofA, so I have always wanted a condo on Dickson Street. We are so excited to finally have the perfect place to stay when we visit. This is our third vacation home that we are sharing on VRBO and we love to hear the stories of great family vacations at our different places.
Jason Taylor purchased this Condo in 2015
Why Jason Taylor chose Fayetteville
The Dickson is the only upscale condo building on Dickson Street. We love the fact that you walk out the front door and you are in the middle of it all.
What makes this Condo unique
Access to on-site parking during events is a great perk! The biggest benefit is being just a few steps from restaurants, bars and campus.
Local Services & Businesses
Excellant place to stay in Fayetteville--comfortable and cared for.
Enjoyed stay in this condo. Would book it again on a return trip.
Great property with awesome location!
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo! The location is especially perfect if you have university business. The view off of the deck is of Old Main....quintessential landmark of the University of Arkansas. The only downside to this setup is that if you have guests, they have to pay to park, and you have to go down to fob them in. Other than that, it's perfect!
Very nice apartment. Excellent communication with owners. I look forward to staying here again.
Beautiful Dickson Street Condo
Perfect location for a game weekend and a beautiful place. Great balcony that overlooked the activity below. Very comfortable beds!
Great location for a game!
Great location for a weekend in Fayetteville. It does hold 4 people but I would recommend that be 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. The location allows you to park and walk everywhere all weekend.
This is a great location and really nice condo. The owners thought of everything you would need for your stay.
This condo is located in The Dickson building on the 6th floor. The Dickson building is on Dickson Street between UofA campus and Walton Arts Center.
