New house (December / 2013) 100m from the beach with sea view, with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 with 2 bunk beds), all with ceiling fan and pillows; aluminum windows with shutter, screen and glass. 2 bathrooms with cabinets and box. Sleeps 10 people with comfort. 2 rooms with LED TV, 1 DVD, Internet WiFi, sofa and ceiling fan. Full kitchen with cabinets, stove, 2 (two) frost-free refrigerator; microwave, table with 6 chairs and 3 high stools, kitchen utensils, all new. Laundry with washing machine, tank, counter and ironing facilities, electric iron and cleaning accessories. Glazed balcony (ocean view) with barbecue, sink and granite counter. Perfect location 100 meters to the beach, 200 meters to supermarket, close to restaurants and ice cream shops.

Estadia Perfeita! Ótimo imóvel!

Imóvel muito bem conservado, limpinho, exatamente conforme anunciado. Relato apenas alguns pequenos detalhes que foram imediatamente resolvidos, pois entendemos que como várias pessoas passam pela casa, as coisas vão se desgastando. No nosso caso, era apenas o interruptor do ventilador de teto de um dos quartos, que prontamente foi resolvido logo após o check-in, e o freezer, que demorou para gelar, pois a pessoa que saiu antes de nós deixou em processo de desgelo, aí não sabíamos se estava funcionando ou não, mas rapidamente o responsável nos explicou o funcionamento, e o que imaginávamos ser um problema, foi imediatamente resolvido. Tanto os proprietários, como o responsável por nos receber lá, foram muito prestativos e simpáticos. Gostamos muito do lugar. Foi nossa primeira vez em Itapoá-SC e já estamos certos que voltaremos no próximo verão. Tanto a cidade, quanto o imóvel, para quem busca a tranquilidade e dias de descanso, são perfeitos! Nossa estadia foi nota 10 e aproveitamos muito os dias que ficamos lá, sem nenhum tipo de contratempo. Tem mercado próximo, farmácia e é muito próximo do mar. A cidade tem uma extensão muito grande de praias e dá pra escolher onde ficar: mais calmo para crianças, mais badalado (na região das 3 pedras), mais retirado com pouco movimento, dentre outras opções. Outra coisa que chamou a atenção, foi a quantidade de postos salva-vidas. Mesmo sendo um local não muito badalado (como Itapema, Camboriu, etc), havia muitos postos de salva vidas, o que dá uma sensação de segurança, principalmente para quem vai com as crianças. Enfim, nossa avaliação é 5 estrelas para todos os quesitos! Recomendo 100%. Até o próximo verão!
