3 bed, 2 bath, unobstructed mountain and red rock views close to national parks.

Brand new unit with neighboring unit available as well. 3 bed, 2 bath, sleeps eight people maximum. Bed layout is 2 kings, 2 twins, twin memory foam sleeper sofa. Master suite features a large walk in spa like shower with body sprays and a rain head shower. Modern, classy and views to remember off of the back patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with ever thing you should need, all linens and towels are provided. We should say, very nice linens are provided, we don't cut corners on the details. Propane is provided for the grill on the back patio and seating to soak in the lovely red rock and mountain views. There is nothing directly behind this unit so the views are magnificent and star gazing at night is wonderful. There is also abundant street parking for trailers and toys.

Greatest gathering place that we have been to.

We had all of our family gathered together for a small reunion. We had everything we needed to bake and cook in the kitchen lots of room for meals. The bathrooms where amazing, like being in a spa. The beds where all comfortable and every couch had pull outs in case we needed more room. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through or here for a while. So comfortable like coming home.

Thanksgiving in Moab with extended family

A group of 30+ family members have an annual tradition of meeting in Moab to spend Thanksgiving together and do some Rzr riding in the beautiful Moab terrain. We have been renting properties in this complex for 5 years now. Collectively we rent 4 units in the complex where this property is located, which is convenient for us to spend time together when we are not out riding. We are already planning our return to Moab for Thanksgiving 2018!

We would have rated this particular unit with 5 stars, except for these few minor flaws: 1)the kitchen is not particularly well stocked with utensils and the can opener provided had the gears stripped, so it was useless. We were provided one kitchen towel and one dish cloth for a four day stay. 2)The family members who slept on the "hide-a-bed" in the living room felt very exposed, as there were no curtains or shades to pull over the sliding patio door which faced the road and the unit across the street, allowing anyone passing by a view of sleeping people.

The unit was very clean and met our needs, other than the few comments made above.
