Panoramic Sea Views in a Quiet Location and plenty of outside space to enjoy the location and have a wonderful family holiday.

* 4 bedrooms - 2 with queen bed and 1 with 1 single and a set of bunks and 1 with 2 singles, the upstairs bedroom has an ensuite
* Bathroom with shower, vanity and separate w/c

* Upstairs 2nd living area with flat screen TV and a small balcony and panoramic views
* Large rear entertaining deck
* Fully fenced rear yard with lawn and garden
* Plenty of off street parking and room for boat storage off the street

* No pets allowed and garage is not available for use

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you are required to bring your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen.
If you wish to hire linen please call our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. We do not offer a bed making facility, you will need to make the beds upon arrival.

great get away

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation was clean, easily catered for 8 people, had easy key collection and drop off and was a short drive to local places and the beach. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view.

Great views and easy walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The top living room had views of the beach. Easy access to goolwa beach and bike track to Middleton. Clean and well maintained house.

Not great

Got here and all seemed ok. The properties power was all completely off. Which meant that the electric hot water tank needed a solid 12 hours to heat up and had no hot water until the next day. The bathroom door handle malfunctioned leaving the door locked, without being able to unlock it. Luckily none of the kids were in there at the time.
