Modern Cottage in Historic East Hill
About Carolyn Kinne
Ray and I downsized and moved to the East Hill in 2000 and love the convenience and charm of this neighborhood.
Why Carolyn Kinne chose Southeast Pensacola
Note the word downsize. I love our 1921 Craftsman bungalow but the house is small-especially when family comes to visit. We downsized a bit too much so we built the small cottage in the background for overflow company. This has worked out well since they get their privacy and we have a retreat from the grandkids.

A slice of paradise
Everything promised in listing AND MORE. Carolyn and Ray are awesome hosts. We cannot wait to return.
This place is awesome, short drive to the beach, plenty of local restaurants to pick from, local grocery store right around the corner.
Enjoyed an awesome stay with the sweetest property owners!
Total hospitality can’t even describe the place.
Quiet from the hustle and bustle of the main island, yet just few minutes drive to it.
Definitely recommend and will stay here again!
An Absolute Gem!
We could not have been happier with our stay here. The space was exactly as pictured. And immaculate. Lots of extras that you don't find at all rental properties in terms of toiletries and cooking essentials. Ray was very friendly, offered any help we might need. And the location relatively close to all the fun happenings downtown was perfect. We will DEFINITELY be back.
Quaint Place to Stay
Our experience was very easy, and relaxing. The owners were more than helpful, great location, and the house was beautiful, just like we imagined it. Although, it was bigger than we imagined. We would definitely like to stay again.
Lovely Cottage and Garden in East Hill
Carolyn and Ray are super hosts! Surrounded by a well kept garden and large trees, the cottage is perfectly laid out and decorated with care. It has any amenity you might have forgotten and a working kitchen. My husband had fun riding bikes. You are pretty much close to everything in Pensacola and very near to Gulf Breeze Bridge. Beach is just past Gulf Breeze
