Come and visit paradise in our beautifully furnished comfortable beach home! The small and private community is gated and conveniently located less than half a block from the beach! Our home is also in the middle of it all - walking distance to many places like ralphs(grocery store), cafe's, restaurants and shopping. There are three bedrooms located upstairs: the master has a king bed and full bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is an additional full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs you will find an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining! A newly updated and fully stocked kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room and half bath. Guests will have access to many convenient amenities such as - beach cruisers, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, air conditioning, washer/dryer, free wifi, free cable TV and free parking (for 2 vehicles), iron and board, blowdryer, etc. For those traveling with children, there is a high chair and pack n play as well. We also pay attention to the details and include detergents, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies, trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc. There are two private garage parking spots. We just ask if you use something completely to let us know if efforts to keep the place stocked for our next guest.
