In the underground car park, your car is protected from the weather and from there you walk dry into the house, past the washing and drying room with a coin operated machine and the ski storage room.

-The house is almost directly on the mountain trail 'Senda sur Silvana' to Laax, a cozy hiking trail cleared even in winter with a stimulating panorama. Hike to Murschetg in 1.5 hours and then take the shuttle bus back to Falera: you will do it again !!
