Pipa - linda demais.

O imóvel (apartamento) é bom, amplo, porém, precisa pequenos reparos. Tomadas, pintura, fechaduras, etc. Nada que impeça o uso do imóvel. Possui garagem ampla no sub solo. Wi-Fi de boa qualidade, exclusiva do apartamento. Ótima localização, bem próximo praia do centro.

Apto organizado, limpo, apenas não gostei por que as camas eram divididas por um armário de roupas, o ar condicionado não gelava bem, tenha que ser usado um ventilador no outro quarto, os lençóis de cama e toalha já estão muito desgastado, o boxe do banheiro está com vazamento! O banheiro ficar todo alagado. A localização é ótima. A piscina pôr ser pequena a água muito quente! No último dia está suja.

Muito bom o Flat da Sra Cláudia, superou minhas expectativas, perto de td, da Praia, do comércio. Ela e os funcionários do Flat são muito gentis e prestativos. Voltarei e indicarei com certeza.

Localização excelente perto da praia e do comércio. Atendimento muito bom tudo muito limpo. Apenas o box do do banheiro está fora do trilho e com dificuldade para abrir e fechar.
