About Jacob Seegers
I visited Natchez for the first time in October, 2014 and fell in love with the town, the history, the architecture and the people. I decided that I wanted to purchase a property that I could rent, but also have a place to stay when my family and I want to visit. During my third visit to Natchez, in early 2015, I stayed at The Natchez Pearl. I was the first visitor to this new vacation rental and I loved it so much that I bought it! I stayed in the Carriage House Suite, but all of the offerings are equally beautiful. I love this property and its location. My goal with The Natchez Pearl is to provide luxury and privacy in the heart of downtown Natchez at a price that can't be beat.

Why Jacob Seegers chose Natchez
The Natchez Pearl is all about three things: LOCATION: We are located just steps from Stanton Hall and a few blocks from breath-taking views of the Mississippi River. You simply will not find a more convenient location to enjoy everything that downtown Natchez has to offer. Park in the private driveway when you arrive and spend your stay walking to spectacular restaurants, brewpubs, coffee houses, antique shops, casinos and sunset views. Enjoy a stroll on the “Walk Natchez!” trail, along the Natchez Bluff overlooking the river – also mere blocks away. It just does not get better than this! LUXURY: The private suites at The Natchez Pearl reside in the carriage house and guest quarters, which were built in the 1890’s. Both suites have been meticulously furnished and decorated to make you feel pampered. The combination of period furniture and modern amenities will ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Both suites have private entries, bathrooms, sitting areas and porches. Our guests have told us that they feel like the only ones staying on the property. TURN-KEY EXPERIENCE: The Natchez Pearl is not a traditional full-service B&B. We offer private luxury suites, stocked with snacks and located just steps from downtown at an incredible value compared with other premium offerings in Natchez. Prior to your stay, you will receive arrival instructions including directions to your suite and an access code to your private entrance. Worried that you will need additional assistance before or during your visit to Natchez? Don't be...we are always just a phone call away! Feel free to call us if you are looking for insight into Natchez sights/activities/food recommendations or if you have any questions at all about your stay. We love hearing from our guests and sincerely hope that we can help ensure that each of them has a relaxing and memorable visit to Natchez and The Natchez Pearl.

Comfy and convenient!
The pictures of this room don’t do it justice! I was so pleased with how comfortable, clean, and pleasant this place was. Perfect walking distance from the museum, brewery, restaurants, the river, and many historical sights. I met the manager when I arrived and she was a doll. The owners made the whole exchange hassle free and Jacob was very polite when I contacted him to thank him for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Natchez!
Wow...thank you for such a kind review! We are pleased that you loved your stay and our location. We sincerely hope that you will return soon(:
We loved our stay at the Natchez Pearl. It’s pretty much in the heart of Natchez and right by the Mississippi River. We were able to walk to most of the restaurants and if we did have to drive anywhere it was 10 minutes or less. Very convenient, clean, we felt safe and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners are incredibly helpful and kind.
Thank you so much for your kind review! We are so glad that you loved your time in Natchez(:

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the deck!!
Natchez is our favorite city in the south. Have been coming here 30 years. So we really enjoyed staying in one of the older properties. Good location, loved the outdoor space!!!
