This vacation home is Palm Springs indoor-outdoor living with every single room having French doors that open to the outside. The master bedroom and second guest bedroom open to the private salt-water swimming pool and spa with a fire pit for those cooler winter evenings. There are plenty of lounge seats, umbrellas, pool toys, a gas barbecue, outdoor dining for 6, in-ground and accent lighting and even a cool shallow part of the pool where you can sit in chairs (under an umbrella if you wish). There is a brand new misting and fogging system in the back (great in the summer!), swamp cooler, gas fireplace in the sitting room and the whole house is wired with a speaker system (front, back, master bedroom, dining and sitting room) that can be separately controlled.

The third guest bedroom opens to a ficus enclosed private front garden that is perfect for reading and relaxing. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms have queen-sized beds and share a bathroom.

The house has high speed WiFi throughout the house including the pool area and patio. Every room has Satellite Direct TV with HBO and just in case there is a show you don't want to miss: don't worry, you can record the show while staying here.

What makes this house unique

Every room in the home whether it is a bedroom, dining or living room has french doors that open to the outside giving the home an outdoor/indoor feel. The three bedrooms are all at opposite ends of each other and the home giving you privacy. The home has misters outside with two areas in the pool to place an umbrella for the warm summers: one by the shallow area of the pool and the other where water flows from the Jacuzzi to the pool. There is an outdoor fire pit and an indoor fireplace for the winter. In case you have a few guests coming over for dinner, the dining room table has an additional leaflet that will allow 8-10 to dine.

Relaxing, quiet, and beautiful property!

We booked this vacation rental just less than two weeks ago and we already miss it :( All I can say is that it felt like home. It’s such a beautiful property. My favorite part of the House was the gorgeous pool and spa. We wanted a very relaxing vacation and we got it. The kiddies said they would rather come to this property instead of Disneyland. We spent our whole time mostly in the pool and spa at night. It felt like we had our own little private resort.

The rooms were clean and I loved the decor. Cute house! Great amenities! Everything was there. I just loved everything about it. The stores were nearby. I loved the neighborhood. I will definitely come back soon. I can’t wait.

Stephane, the owner, is such a very nice person, very accommodating, and quick in responding. I had no problems or issues staying there. It was just the best relaxing vacation we had in a long time. This is a winner! I’m definitely going to tell all my friends, family, and coworkers about this place :)

Clean, Maintained and Functional

The house is beautiful and contains all the amenities and comforts of home. The pool and yard are a fantastic place to relax and entertain friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our month and would highly recommend this property. The location is walking distance to downtown and great hiking just up the street.

Great Place to Stay in Old Palm Springs

We stayed here in January 2018 for 7 days. 3 days with our two adult children and 4 days on our own. Great house for us as there are 3 bedrooms with the master on one side and the other two bedroom on the other. Living room is very comfortable for watching movies. Backyard is fabulous. Pool and hot tub were used extensively. Very relaxing and very quiet. Owner very easy to work with. The main fridge was not working so had to use the back up fridge in the garage, but Stephane knocked off $200 from our rent as compensation.

Would recommend for families, or for longer term rentals where you will have visitors.

Wonderful backyard

We really enjoyed our stay in a clean, well maintained home and loved the backyard with pool, spa – with the sunny weather a real treat - but also the fire pit in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet, which we liked, but conveniently located close to stores/central area of Palm Springs and within short drives of other local attractions like the Aerial Tram or Living Desert. The owner was very responsive, he called us prior to the arrival, and when we had a question late one evening he got back to us within minutes. We highly recommend this property.

A Gem

Spent a week in the beautifully appointed guest home. Typically we rent a house in Palm Springs once a year and this has been by far our best house experience in years. Loved the pool and spent most of our days relaxing enjoying the mountain view and the endless flights of the hummingbirds. We already know we will be back. Thanks Stephane for everything.
