About this property

Wake up to the sound of waves on beautiful Horden's Beach. This well-appointed house sits steps from the sand. The perfect place for the family holiday. The house is open plan with the living area and kitchen/dining on one level looking over the water. Also on that level are the main bedroom with en-suite, one bedroom with bunk beds, the other with two single beds, a main bathroom and fully equipped laundry. On the entrance level there is a queen bedroom and a toilet. A large, grassed back yard completes the property with room for a family cricket match. There is a BBQ on the deck overlooking the water.
No parties or events to be held at the house. Please keep any late-night noise down, as there are close neighbours.

Amazing stay

The house and location are fabulous, right at the beach and just a short walk to the local shops. Absolutely everything you need improved for with a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and beautiful bathrooms. The communication was excellent and we hope to stay again.

The best house in the best position on the beach

The house is lovely, superbly positioned on the beach and well appointed, with bifold doors opening to embrace the garden and beach. Great communication with owner before and after our stay. A perfect Bundeena weekend

Slice of Heaven

The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a family holiday. It’s extremely well appointed. The location right on the beach is spectacular. We very much enjoyed our stay. My only issue would be the fact that no bed linen was provided. I’ve never stayed at a house that didn’t provide bed linen. It is in the description, but for the calibre of the house and the cost, you don’t really want to be carting linen and making beds.

Relaxing

I don't know if was enjoying meals eaten on the deck, opening the house to lounge around reading, being close to local tennis courts and walks, the sound of waves on the beach at the end of the lawn, or soaking up the sun glinting off the sea, which made for an idyllic long weekend away in this wonderful house.

Perfect family getaway

Fiona was very easy to communicate with and her house is in a wonderful spot on the beach, is lovely furnished, very clean and was very spacious for our family of 8. It was a perfect location to relax, unwind, enjoy the beach, go kayaking and bushwalking, rock hopping and eat at local cafes and clubs. We’d definitely love to visit again!
