We are located near the Alaska State Fair Grounds, outside city limits in the farm area. These New Bungalows have an unobstructed view of Pioneer Peak, that showcases amazing sunsets. Each Bungalow Sleeps 2, max. with a Queen Bed and a *American Leather* Tempur-pedic , No Bar- pull out sleeper. All bungalows have a kitchen area, counter with bar stools and full bathroom. Perfect Place in Palmer :)

My daughter and I returned to the Katherine bungalow for the second time. We have stayed at VRBOs around Alaska and this is our favorite. We like the quiet, clean, private, safe bungalow with the beautiful view. The bed and pull out couch are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is roomy, clean and modern. The kitchen area has all you need for simple meal prep and snacks. The hosts are 5 star:) You feel like a valued guest on their beautiful land. For us it is the perfect restful place to relax after a day of exploring the Palmer area.

Perfect

We stayed for a couple of nights. We went to the state fair and to a concert. The bungalow was very clean, communication with owners very easy. They are very friendly and were helpful with ideas of where to go out for dinner and ways to make our travel easier. Location is tucked back off the road a little so very quiet.
