Great location! Great apartment, perfect for a couple!

Clean, spacious, well-appointed apartment. Location was perfect between the French Quarter & Frenchman Street, and one block from Port Of Call restaurant which serves the best burgers in the world. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Perfect for a couple.

Great Location!!

Me and a few friends stayed here for a few days. The property looks exactly like the pictures and is beautiful. It is in a great location on bourbon street that is quiet but in walking distance to all the fun! Eric is a great host and extremely accommodating, we asked to check in early because of an early flight and he made it happen with no problem. I also had an extra person who decided to come late and he supplied us with extra toiletries. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay

we loved staying at this apartment!

The place was spotless! The location was excellent! 4 min walk to our favorite Frenchmen st. Walking distance to all the fun parts of the city. We will definitely stay at this place again and I would definitely be recommending this apartment to my friends and family!

Great Place Close to Everything

This is a great second floor flat near the corner of Bourbon and Esplanade. This is in a fairly quiet residential area but close enough to walk to the busy/bar section of Bourbon St, to the live music and hip Frenchman St, the historical French Quarter and three blocks to the streetcar station at Esplanade and Rampart. With a "Jazzy Pass" you can have unlimited streetcar rides to uptown, the garden district and city park areas of town. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The bed and couch were comfortable. Only negative is the windows were not very soundproof to street noise and you could hear folks walking and talking on the street below in the evening (but we live in the country so this may be common for city life). We would definitely stay here again and have recommended this place to our friends.

Perfect spot, perfect space

This was the second time that we rented this apartment. We love it. Roomy, comfortable, clean, perfect location. Eric, the property manager, was simply awesome. The refrigerator was not working the evening that we arrived, and he was ON it immediately. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to make sure our stay was perfect. We would stay here again, no question.
