Great Location

The location was great in regards to Bourbon Street and Royal Street. It was a safe area and very comfortable for 2 people. Go to French market and pick up fresh fruit and food for cooking on the days you're not eating out. There are small grocery stores close by but a bit pricey. Eric was great at answering questions and helping out if needed. Quite a gem, my daughter and I enjoyed it immensely!

Charming Flat

Perfect location for being able to walk to the French Quater or Frenchman Street area. Safe, clean and well stocked. Eric was incredibly helpful and quick to answer our questions. A fun, no hassle experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants to experience NOLA’ s culture and charm

Great Condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. The condo was perfect for us and within walking distance to everything. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Eric was a pleasure to communicate with and extremely responsive to questions we had during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

location was very good and convenient to the French Quarter

On the quite side of the FQ - good if you are not so much into late night partying.

clean place.

It is a bit smaller than appearance in the website but certainly good for a couple or for a couple and 2 younger children who sleep on the sofa-bed.

Great location, nicely furnished

We enjoyed our 6-night stay here immensely. It is so close to many of the activities we planned (restaurants, music, walking), and so convenient to also grab other transport and get to another part of the city. The condo was comfortable, well-furnished, and clean. Our only disappointment was that the laundry is not in the apt (but is in the complex), and it takes quarters, so we had to search for change, too. We did not realize this in advance, but we made it work. It wouldn't keep me from coming back. Thanks for the great digs.
