About this property

This beachy and modern 3 BR / 3 BA vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton, close to Downtown and only a short drive to Florida´s most beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island.

Enjoy the outdoor living on the large pool deck or relax in the huge sparkling pool.

There are two master suites with king beds, the third bedroom has two twins and a crib. There is a big HDTV in the living room and two more TVs in the bedrooms. The home also has a bonus room with a desk so you can work remotely.

The modern kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless side-by-side refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop / range and stainless microwave and granite counters.

Convenient to all beaches, attractions, shopping, restaurants, museums, recreational activities, airports, and easy access to I-75 and US41. Only 15 minutes to IMG Academy.

Free wireless high speed internet access!

Electric pool heater can be turned on upon request at an additional charge ($190 for the first week and $20 for each additional night plus tax) and shall be ordered at least one week prior to arrival.

Amazing

The property is fantastic, clean, modern, light and airy, just a beautiful pool and landscaping, and great property which provided an amazing time for my family, and we felt so safe and it's close enough to everything you would want or need, everyone wants to come back as soon as possible. This was my second suncoast holiday and definitely not the last.

Worked great for our family of five

Location not prime for anything specific but was in a nice quiet residential neighborhood right off the main road and dead center for everything we had planned, airport, day trips to Fort Meyers Beach, Clearwater Beach, Anna Maria Island, Siesta Beach and a couple days in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Manatee Ave is always busy and has a lot to offer. Pool was nice to have although we only used it a couple times. Kitchen worked great for a few meals we had planned although the frying pan is junk. Water heater has trouble keeping up if all three showers going. Ceiling fan in one bedroom was noisy, fridge light was out and the ice maker trim was broken/loose but still worked properly, and landscaping vegetation was overgrown and coming up through the deck. Highly recommend if you're wanting more than just one beach and access to all the area has to offer!

Very nice stay

The home is recently renovated, very bright and styish. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to a bay and short drive to downtown and many stores and restaurants. The only complaint pillows and mattresses need updating. Besides that we would gladly stay again
