Our newly renovated house is situated in a quiet and sunny location of Ramsau im Zillertal. Stroll from stress and everyday life and enjoy a few days in beautiful Ramsau.

The modern kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available. Sat / TV, sunny balcony, terrace.
Take advantage of the free ski and village bus stops in front of our house. Swimming pool, shops and restaurants are within a few minutes. Bike and hiking trails begin at the house. Center chair as a feeder for the Gerlosstein area ski or hiking area about 500m. Horbergbahn 1km, 2km Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofen 2km. Children ski lift in 3min walking distance. Cross-country skiing in 2 minutes away.

Toller Urlaub

Wir genossen eine tolle Skiwoche bei Familie Aschenwald. Nette Vermieter, unkompliziert, modernes und sauberes Appartement, alle Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer und TV, tolle Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und nette Vermieter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und die Küche über ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste verfügt.

Super Wohnung und herzliche Vermieterin

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sofort von der Vermieterin Elisabeth begrüßt, die uns die Wohnung zeigte. Der erste Eindruck: helles und freundliches Ambiente, außreichend groß und vorallem sauber. Brötchenservice inklusive sowie die Anbindung an den Skibus direkt vor der Haustür. Die offene Küche bietet zum gemeinsamen Kochen ausreichend Platz. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen je über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC und zwei der Zimmer haben einen direkten Anschluss an den Balkon. Wir haben unsere Skiurlaub-Woche dort sehr komfortabel verbracht. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, und wenn wir welche gehabt hätten, hätte Elisabeth diese mit Sicherheit sofort erfüllt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und können uns durchaus vorstellen nochmal wieder zu kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit in Ramsau!

Tolle Ferienwohnung, Nette Vermieter

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit all dem , was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir, Gruppe mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hatten eine tolle Woche . Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.
