Ideally located on the border of Shaw and Logan Circle--the hottest neighborhoods in DC--this condo's central location makes it unbelievably easy to experience DC whatever your reason. Experience DC like a resident in this HOT neighborhood.

Coming to DC for work? Our condo is 3 blocks to the DC convention center, a quick walk to Penn Quarter, Chinatown, metro center, Dupont, or Farragut. If you prefer public transportation, the metro is across the street from the condo and makes it easy to maneuver around the city. Work station with laptop computer and printer/scanner/copier. A mini office is waiting just for you.

Coming to DC to see the sights? The condo is very close to the National Mall, Smithsonians, White House and Capitol Building. They are just a walk away or jump on the metro to see Arlington Cemetery, Kennedy Center, or National Zoo.

Coming to town to visit friends or family? Our condo is centrally located making it easy to reach other parts of DC by a quick walk, metro ride or drive. We are located near all the new hip restaurants and bars, music venues, theaters etc. Walking distance to the 9:30 club, Howard Theater, Studio Theater and the Verizon Center and much much more.

Traveling with Kids? We are close to all the sights, parks, and we have equipped the second bedroom with a Wii game system and private TV with Netflix access through the Wii. There is a great modern library across the street, numerous parks within two blocks for kids, and puzzles in the bookshelf.

Regardless of the reason, this condo is the place for you. Not only is the location dynamite but so is the condo and its amenities!

You walk into the apartment at the ground level where we have set up a work station with a computer and printer/scanner/copier. This area also has the W/D room. Taking the stairs up you arrive in a large open concept living/dining/kitchen space and the two bedrooms and one bathroom plus private outdoor deck.

The condo can accommodate 7 people but we prefer parties of six or less. In some circumstances, we will welcome larger groups but ask that you inquire first with details about your party.

The condo is located in a lovely historic row house built in the 1900s. We live downstairs in the first floor condo and rent out the upstairs condo.

What makes this condo unique

Location, location, location

After living in DC for 15 years in various parts of the city, we moved to the border of Logan and Shaw. This is the most centrally located part of the city and you can get to any other neighborhood or part of town super easy by foot, metro, bike share or car.

We were a group of 6 who all needed separate beds. This home was perfect for us! The location was excellent. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the metro station was across the street. Check-in was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. No problems at all. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here agin.

Great DC location

Loved this townhouse, very clean, very close to Metro stop & a 7-11 to pick up a quick snack. Entire unit is on the second level - fine for us, but something to be aware of if stairs are an issue. We would stay there again

This rental was perfect for our stay in DC. It was everything I expected it be and more. We took our kids to visit D.C. and the condo was perfect with fantastic amenities. The owners were fabulous and very kind. Would highly recommend this for anyone coming to DC!

Great apartment for a DC adventure

We rented this lovely apartment for 5 days to see DC.

It was super easy to find and get into, with on-street parking and a really close metro line. The instructions for anything you could possibly ask were all written clearly in a binder in the house. Lots of shops nearby (and completely walkable).

We've stayed in some pretty spartan airbnbs but this apartment had everything you could want - it made the stay that much easier and comfortable. It felt more like staying at a friend's house, rather than a rented house.

Would completely stay here again for another trip to DC. I wish the weather had cooperated on our stay so we could have chilled on the deck with a beer!

Great location and hosts!

We had a great time in D.C. with our family of four and two dogs in the Condo. Cat was very accommodating for our last minute adjustments and was welcoming of our pets. The location is very convenient to some outstanding restaurants, the metro and even dog parks. We had a wonderful stay.

We came for volleyball tournament at convention center and it was perfect!

Condo has everything you need and more. Was absolutely lovely. Working with Cat was delightful- she was quick to respond and more than happy to give us a last minute early check in and let us use the parking pass the last day since our team played early and late. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great place for a group staying in downtown DC
