Location, location, location - and elevation

This is a place to stay if you want to experience living in central Paris with the Eiffel Towe only 600 metres away dominating the view from the living room while the eighth-floor elevation ensures sweeping views across a vast area of the city from the two bedrooms. Unfortunately, the winter temperatures were too cold to enable us to use the wrap-around balcony. The location is also so convenient for wonderful restaurants, food shops and the Metro station all only about five or so minutes away. Aside from views, the apartment is comfortable and well equipped with a modern kitchen. The only downside of the location is, in the absence of double-glazed windows, the moderate traffic noise which light sleepers like myself may notice.

A glorious week in Paris

We were very happy with everything about this apartment. The owner obligingly gave us an extra set of keys.The facilities were all modern and functioned perfectly. We had to ask for extra glasses to replace a few that were cracked, but I imagine that it's hard to keep track of items that have been put away by earlier tenants. Overall, excellent!

Amazing views

Fantastic light airy apartment. Close to Eiffel Tower, great restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to other attractions such as Champs Elysees. Responsive host.

Wonderful family vacation

This is a amazing apartment to stay in. We knew with a 5yo and 7 yo they would be exhausted early in the evenings. This was perfect we could sit on the balcony and watch the Eiffel Tower lights every night of our vacation. Plenty of restaurants and pastry shops near by. Plus easy walking to Rue Cler and the Eiffel Tower. Seine River right next to us for early morning jogging. Absolutely wonderful vacation. Tania is a great contact, easy to communicate with, and easy check in she was right there for us.
