YEAR ROUND RELAXATION...

Newly remodeled, well-kept 4 bedroom + a queen pull out, 3 full bathroom condominium with loft and vaulted ceilings. The gated community of Cedar Heights is just three miles south of Camdenton, Missouri off Highway 54. We are located on the West side of the quiet and beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) of the Lake. We are easy to find, no long & winding lake roads to this property.

This unit is on the top floor of our building and has an elevator that takes you to/or from the pool, parking lot and boat dock! The unit's location provides a great view with little noise and the elevator allows the convenience of little effort when transporting items. (Handicapped accessible)

We strive to furnish the condo for your enjoyment. The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar and dining space, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dish washer, clothes washer, clothes dryer, and nearly everything you will need for cooking and eating. The spacious living room has a leather sofa with recliners on each end, 2 additional recliners, and we have cable television. We also offer broadband Internet with Wireless availability which is included. We have a large deck with half covered with a ceiling fan overlooking 1 of 3 pools on site. As you look out to the lake just off to the right is pool. We have plenty of seating for you to relax & unwind or to cook with our stainless steel gas grill.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private access to the deck, large closet, a television, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed, closet, dresser and an adjoining full bath. The third bedroom is a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom off the loft has a king bed, closet and private bath. The loft is overlooking the living room with a pull out bed and a chair & television. The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all three baths and kitchen. All you need are your toiletries & the towels for your water activities.

Boat slip available!

The complex has 3 large swimming pools for your pleasure. Boat rental and Jet-Ski rentals are available nearby. Close by are many beautiful and challenging golf courses. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. There are grocery stores and shopping in Camdenton only five minutes away and Osage Beach 15 minutes away. We are on a much calmer part of lake... Away from the big, loud boats, and brutal waves. Perfect for skiing, tubing, and fishing.

A security deposit is required to hold reservations. It will only be kept in the event of damages or late cancellations.

My husband and I would like to welcome you to our vacation home!

We live in Iowa, have been coming to the Ozarks for over 20 years and love the lake. We finally took the plunge and bought a place of our own. We've put a lot of time and energy into this place to make it as comfortable as our year round home.

We chose this property because we have friends that own multiple condos within this complex. They rave about the people that live here, the property management company and the facility itself. There is someone onsite everyday making sure the complex is clean and well cared for which made our decision a lot easier.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t say the view is spectacular from the top floor!

What makes this condo unique

We decorated our vacation home as if we are living there year round. We want to feel like we are at a resort far away. We like to think our place is unique to many rental properties on VRBO. We hope you will agree.

Several things to do off season!

Our family had an incredible get away for several days at the lake. We chose this condo because of how cute the pictures looked online and location.

We were overly impressed when we opened the door. The place was immaculately clean and it was adorable! Every single detail made you feel like we were in a luxury 5 star hotel!

There is also many things to do at the lake off season.

We had a wonderful time and hope to get back to this condo next summer! Thanks for sharing your place with us, Nan and Brian!!!

Great condo!

We chose this condo since it was in a building that had an elevator, had a dining table that we could all sit at and 4 bedrooms. (We were a group of 5 adult daughters and our 80-something parents spending the weekend.) Our stay in early November was great. Nan and Brian were quick to respond to all questions we submitted. Rental process, check in and out very easy. Quiet complex. Kitchen was supplied adequately for our home-cooked meals. We enjoyed the beachy-feel to all the decorations. If this fits your needs, don’t hesitate to book it.

We do not accept credit card payments. The VRBO site will ask for credit card payment however your card will only be charged the site fee.

We require a deposit of $500 to hold your reservation. We ask that you make payment via check. Final payment is due 15 days before your arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after checkout once the condo has been cleaned and inspected.

We require a 3 night min. stay over any holiday.

Note: During the months of June and July we require a 5 night min stay.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if cancellation happens at least two (2) months prior to arrival date.

Boat Slip Rental Fee:
