The Space:
Our small but sweet Orleans condo, located directly on famous Skaket Beach is the perfect choice for a true beachside getaway. Brew up your morning coffee in the updated kitchen (boasting new granite countertops) and enjoy sipping it on the deck overlooking beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Step right out onto the beach to soak in some sunshine and go for a refreshing swim, stroll over to Ardath’s Snack Shack for lunch, and return to the home’s deck to sip a cocktail as you watch the ruby and peach colored sun set into the waves. Morning beach walks down to the nature preserve are always a pleasure too! Once you’ve got your groceries stocked, there really won’t be any reason to leave this home, but should you wish to, downtown Orleans is a very short drive away and is full of many options for great boutique shopping, delicious restaurants, bars, bowling, and farmer’s market! Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, gas grill, outdoor shower, window A/C units, washer/dryer. Fresh sheets and bath towels are provided free of charge. The convenience of being located directly on the beach, and the memories of the ocean views from our home’s large picture windows will have you wanting to return year after year!

Guest Access:
Enter the Skaket Beach parking lot and bear left onto the sandy driveway with three water front buildings on your right, and our unit is the third building (furthest from Skaket Beach parking lot) on the ground floor. There are two ground floor units in this building, it is important to walk around the back of the building following the walkway on to lower deck. The entry door is facing the ocean, and has a LockState keypad installed, where you enter your private guest code. Please park on the south side of the building at the end of the road. See attached map photo for reference. 1 car max.
