Wonderful location

We had a great time at this beautiful Austin home. We came in town to meet some friends for a reunion, football game, and some good eats. This home was perfect in the sense of its location, as well as the space that it offered. The rooms were spacious, amenities were nice, and the owner was very friendly and easy to work with during the planning process. The huge walk out balcony overlooked Austin sites and provided a great space to get fresh air and take in some scenery. I look forward to renting it again!

The property was well maintained with all the incidentals (kitchen utensils, glassware, etc) needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbelievable. We were on top of a hill overlooking downtown Austin. The great room (where we spent all of our time) had a full wall view of the downtown. I would recommend this property to anyone with only one caveat, if you have trouble with stairs this probably would not be the place for you. Other than that and we were all fine with stairs, they were great for exercise AND they brought you to the top of the unit where the great room and that wonderful view resides. Highly recommend!!

Cool Austin Luxury

A group of five friends shared this beautiful, super clean, high-end property for an ACL Festival weekend. The kitchen is a cook's dream! We began and ended everyday out on the deck sinking in the view. We also spent time lounging and reading around the pool when we weren't checking out the city. The condo has great restaurants in walking distance and it's centrally located to get to everything. The owner was so incredibly helpful and accommodating.
