Loved everything about this apartment- really cute and clean, perfect location, and the owner, Rich, was great!
Beautiful, welcoming and clean
This house was the perfect location for my family and I to stay while we attended a graduation at the University of Arkansas. The historic house was absolutely beautiful, the owner was so welcoming, nice and accommodating, and everything was clean and perfectly setup for guests. The location is also fantastic as we could walk to the university as well as to many lovely shops and yummy restaurants on Dickson Street. If we ever find ourselves in that area we would certainly book this place again.
This studio is just steps from Dickson and truly in the center of it all!!!! Richard has thought of it all when it comes to this unit. We will stay again!
Nice Private hideaway
All in all a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable and cozy. I especially liked the tree covered deck. Not wanting to pick at an otherwise wonderful stay, but the shower is small, and does not have a place for a soap dish or shampoo. Also be careful getting up from the desk, as the ceiling is pitched, I hit my head twice before I learned my lesson. I would definitely stay again... no questions!
Close to all, yet quiet
Studio had everything we needed for a week at day camp at the U - space, quiet, wifi and washer/dryer. Loved the town, will be back!
Quiet and Beautiful!
This efficiency unit was very comfortable for the two of us, just the right amount of space. The sloping ceilings might be troublesome for a very tall person but the room was laid out in a way that made good use of the space. There were two luggage racks, which was a very nice touch! (They must have added a small hanging rack after earlier comments.)
We invited another couple for drinks on the deck before heading to the Theatre Squared New Play Festival, which was only a block away. With a loveseat, two chairs and a table, it was perfect for our little gathering. (There also would have been plenty of room for all of us inside if it had rained.) We slept very well and enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the morning. Such a quiet neighborhood so close to the center of action!
The kitchen is well appointed with nice glassware and dishes. There's a small but adequate refrigerator with a small freezer compartment stocked with a few ice cube trays. There's a full size stove, dishwasher and a microwave. It would be easy to imagine an extended stay. There's a nice desk tucked into a dormer with room for a laptop.
We plan to stay again when we go back for another Theatre Squared event.
