Conveniently located on Madison's near-west side(just off University Ave.) on very large wooded lot. The house is 10.9 miles from EPIC, a straight shot to DOWNTOWN Madison via University Avenue and an easy drive to the AIRPORT by going around the north side of Lake Mendota.

Perfect for family reunions, wedding parties, football games, small conferences, and for the business traveler.

House is on a large wooded lot and offers privacy rarely found in the city. Has wood burner, outdoor fireplace, and off-street parking. On bus route. It is about 3 miles west of UW campus.

Family Time in Madison

This was a wonderful place to celebrate a late Christmas with family! Richard’s home is very comfortable, well equipped and so beautifully designed. We would book this or any of his properties anytime!

Fantastic Location/VERY clean!

This house is tucked back on a wooded lot, with a circle drive, making it easy to get in and out of! Lots of little wildlife to watch from all the downstairs windows. A great place to stay for Ironman Wisconsin, as it was a straight shot drive to parking and the race course! Also close to grocery stores and restaurants. We’ve stayed in A LOT of VRBOs and this one was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of towels, and incidentals in case you forget something! We will be staying again! It was a great stay!
