The 136 m2 apartment was renovated with a lot of attention paid to detail. This has resulted in a spacious apartment where the antique carpets and furniture give off a cosy atmosphere. The apartment has a spacious anteroom, a 50m2 large living and dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The heart of the apartment is the light, cosy living room with inviting seats and antique dining table, which offers space for up to 8 people and guarantees long, entertaining evenings.

The kitchen is completely equipped and offers a nice breakfast area for 2 people. A small walk leads from the anteroom to the two peaceful, cosy bedrooms.

Both bedrooms, furnished with double bed and sofa bed, offer space for 3 people each. The bathrooms have large mirror and storage areas with the best lighting. The ideal address for a cosy and relaxing stay in Vienna.

An excellent apartment conveniently situated for central Vienna

We have just enjoyed a busy week in Vienna exploring the many sights of this exciting city. The many palaces, museums, restaurants and cafes kept us busy and entertained.

We based ourselves at this very comfortable apartment which provides a home from home in a quiet but convenient position for the City Centre and the very efficient airport train.

There are a number of excellent restaurants close to the apartment and the 'little' supermarket at the shopping mall near the station, which seemed to be open at all hours, provided all the necessary provisions.

You can never explore everything in Vienna in a single week, so we will no doubt be back, when we do we will certainly be happy to stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Vienna at its best

We were two couples traveling around Austria. Iris's apt in the third district was a perfect location for our daily trips to old town and surrounds. Public transportation is available and accessible especially with a 24/48/72, or week long transport. The apt is old world style, but furnished modern with stylish bathrooms and kitchen. We had a huge living room and dining room table when we did manage to stay in our rental. Iris wasn't available, but her neighbors were available for check in and to answer any questions, and to make us feel quite welcome. We loved our time in Austria, and were sad to leave Vienna.

Excellent, spacious, two bedroom apartment in Vienna

Located a few blocks from the Ring, in a very nice neighborhood, with restaurants, grocers, and taverns nearby. Two bedrooms and two baths, but one of the baths is not directly adjoining a bedroom. That was no problem for us (two couples), but it could be a slight inconvenience for some. The apartment is spacious and beautiful - with a new and complete kitchen, and a washer (no dryer). One flight up, but a lift is available. Cooperative owner. There was an internet issue, but Iris made arrangements allowing us to log in to a neighbor's router. I imagine that issue has now been resolved. The four of us felt that we could not have done better. If anything, the apartment was undersold to us. Excellent experience all the way around. Just a note - if you want ice for drinks, better take a few plastic trays. Bagged ice is not available ANYWHERE, and trays aren't in the stores either. There is no air conditioning, and that could be a problem in summer, but open windows were fine for September. All- in - all, a fine choice we would gladly make again.

Nice Apartment-Good Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We normally rent apartments in tourist areas but this apartment was located in a very nice residential/retail district and the quiet slower pace was a fun and pleasant change. A supermarket and numerous restaurants, many with outdoor seating, were nearby. We were just a block or two from tram stops which connected us quickly with anywhere in the city. A Catholic Church and school were in a park we walked through to get to the restaurants and supermarket and it was nice to see the kids playing and hear the church bells. The apartment was very spacious with large bedrooms, nice bathrooms and a large living area/dining room with comfortable furniture and plenty of windows for light and air. This was one of the only apartments we could find in a central location that had two bathrooms so it was not disappointing to find that one bathroom had the toilet located in a different room from the shower/vanity area. With two couples traveling together there was plenty of storage for clothes in the master bedroom with an armoire and chest of drawers but there was only a small armoire in second bedroom so a little more storage would have been useful.

Iris and Lukas were great to work with in reserving the apartment.

Excellent location, All comforts of home!

Four of us had a wonderful stay at the apartment for five nights. Everything was as the pictures showed. The neighborhood bar/restaurant next door was a bonus for excellent food. We will definitely return. Thanks!
