Inspiring Home with Private Pool, 3 Minute Drive from Oistins and Miami Beach

Built in 2013, our family run vacation home is fully enclosed and is just a 3 minute drive from Oistins and its' beaches. Surrounded by lush foliage, this 3 level 5300 square feet property provides glimpses of the South Coast beachlines from various view points. Suited for families/groups up to 10 persons or great to splurge as a couple. With amenities to make the most amazing holiday, the Backdeck is the epitome of relaxation. Welcome to Providence Estate!

The home has 3 levels with upstairs hosting 3 bedrooms, 4 beds sleeping 8 persons plus 2 full baths and a hallway closet. Breathtaking views of the south coast beaches and neighborhood can be seen from the master room patio. Watch the planes prepare for landing from this vantage point - if you stay in on holiday (a unique experience many past guests enjoy). On the ground floor is a powder room, utility room and an open space which creates a flow of the living, dining and kitchen spaces. Also on this floor is the main access to the enclosed double garage, gorgeous back deck and pool area. In addition, the lower (3rd) level counts as the additional fourth room when guests are past 8 persons. This is an additional fee of US$50 per person per night and is automatically accessed when reservations are past 8 guests. If under 8 guests, this room can be access by altering the number of guests in your reservation from 8 to 9 or 10 persons. You will automatically be charged the additional US$50 per night per person.

Hot water is powered by the sun. US and USB charging ports are easily accessible.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm with check-out at 11:00 am or before.

As a self catering home there is no daily housekeeping. But if you wish once a week clean, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We provide fresh towels, bed linens, beach towels, starter hand and dish soap, basic cleaning products, coffee filters and clean up equipment. You are expected to replenish when this is up.

Should a guest in the booking test positive for COVID, immediate notice must be provided and the villa would have to be professionally sanitized (at the guest).

Please note under the Tourism Levy Act 2019-57, a 10% Shared Economy Levy is applied to all vacation rental properties andis included in the nightly rate.

Should damages, breakage or soils be discovered or reported you will be charged accordingly. No events (parties/limes/gatherings), pets nor uninvited guests are allowed.

Modern Cool and Comfortable

I love modern architecture! An island location with a home that has modern conveniences was perfect! The lower unit AC did not work but we used it anyway so that everyone could have their own room. The pool was nice when we didn’t drive to the beach. We went to Dover Beach area which was only 12 min drive. The stove, washer dryer and televisions were great and WiFi worked fine. The garage was a PLUS! We will refer this property management and this property for sure.

Perfect Barbados Hideaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Providence Estate! This was our 4th time coming to Barbados and this was by far the best property we've stayed at yet. The location of the property is very centrally located with multiple grocery stores within a short 5-7 min drive. We are surfers and the house is also very conveniently located for choosing the best breaks of the day (8 min to Freights, 20 min to Drill Hall/Brandends). The house is very modern and fresh, extremely clean and has all the amenities you need at a home away from home, including AC in the main part of the house (which is rare - most houses only have AC in the bedrooms for sleeping). The beds are extremely comfortable as well (something else that isn't always common for rental properties!). Danielle (property manager) was wonderful as well. She began reaching out a couple weeks before our stay and answered every little question we had with pleasure. She met us at the home upon arrival to give us a tour and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. She is very attentive and polite and went above and beyond with whatever we needed. We will definitely be staying at Providence Estates again and would recommend it to anyone considering a vacation in Barbados!

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at the Providence Villa for 10 nights as a family of 3 generations. 4 adults & 3 children. The villa was spacious, modern and well equipped. Master bedroom was huge and the ground floor veranda overlooking the pool was amazing. Gas bbq great for outdoor catering. The gardens were large and well kept. The kids spent a huge amount of time in the pool, which suited our needs perfectly. A car is needed as amenities are a small drive away. The beaches along Barbados south coast are picturesque. Danielle looked after us amazingly well and was always available if had any small questions. The villa felt like our tropical oasis and comes very much recommended.

Five star stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Providence. John and his team are truly exceptional. The property is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to staying there again very soon. Five Stars !!!

Originally from Barbados and Bajan to the core even though I'm not currently residing there. When I am back home I enjoy Oistins on Friday night for local cuisine, Catamaran cruises and spending time with Family. Without Family I would be nowhere in life.

Why they chose this property

It was my wife and I dream to buy a home in Barbados some day and to be able to let other people also enjoy our Beautiful Island. Unfortunately she didn't live to see it in person and only saw photos but approved of it and from then on I just knew it was meant to be as she fell in love with it just from the photos.

What makes this property unique

"To me the backyard is just peaceful and provides serenity in the mornings as I sit out there and would have breakfast. Sometimes I think I may have slept better out there than in the bed. :) There is a patio off the master bedroom that allows for an ocean view and watch the planes fly into Grantley Adams International Airport."
