About this property

Cozy pet friendly home. Its the front unit of the duplex . Both bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses. It is fully equipped and had plenty of parking. We are near the airport but double paned glass cuts the noise way down.

Tucked in a residential neighborhood. With a convenience store and restaurants within close walking distance. Less than 2 miles north of ASU. Centrally located for the spring training stadiums in the cactus league. Less than 2 miles from the Phoenix zoo. Less than 2 miles from the Rolling Hills Golf Course. 1 mile from grocery store. Less than 1 mile from the North Tempe Multigenerational center for a gym. 1/4 mile from the free Tempe earth orbit bus for ride to ASU or Tempe market place. Freeway less than 1 mile away. Regular public bus also available in close walking distance

There is a washer and drier guests can use just out your back door on the left. You can also use the back patio where we have a table and chairs also set up

If you are bringing pets call me before booking... the answer is usually yes. The front door has an electronic lock so and I will send you a custom code so you can let yourself in on late arrival. If you need an early check in or late check out ask... I might be able to accommodate.

Nice neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. We had everything we needed to cook at home including a full size refrigerator. It is close to a major highway and to shopping malls and restaurants. Would stay here again.

My husband and I spent six weeks at this property. We had everything we needed. The rooms were well furnished with comfortable seating area and lots of closet space and storage. The neighborhood was good and well located for everything we did. The one area that needs improvement is the tv set up. There two remotes for the tv. It was a little confusing to operate. We had antenna channels and Netflix. I wish we had had access to streaming. All in all it was a wonderful escape from the Midwest winter.

Cute place!

This house fit our needs perfectly! Well-equipped kitchen and linens, clean, close to restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. Jose was quick to respond to any questions we had. I felt safe in the neighborhood for my early morning and evening dog walks and/or runs.

Great location near both Tempe and Scottsdale

Had all amenities we needed for a full month. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very convenient for our pets. Was an overall great experience.

Worked very well for our 5 day stay in Tempe

We found this property to be in a nice neighborhood. It is close to the airport, but the planes did not disturb us. Mattresses were good as were the linens and towels. There were enough dishes etc. in the kitchen to make a decent meal for 2. Main areas were clean but there were some dusty areas underneath furniture. The host was notified and already has a plan to address it with the cleaner. The property could use a deep cleaning. The host was very responsive and has a plan to do so. It is a small property but was nicely painted and decorated. There is a sofa bed in the living room which does increase sleeping area but like most sofa beds is not very comfortable to sit on. There are 3 tv's that all work fine. We would stay there again when we are in the Phoenix area for a few days.
