This family home has a wall of windows on both sides of the great room, giving the open plan cabin lots of light and space. The large, open kitchen has all upgraded appliances and lots of cabinet storage. There is counter top seating as well as a dining room table in the bay window. The master bedroom is huge(!) with on suite double sink, soaker tub and snail shower. There is Queen bed off the kitchen and 1 queen bedroom and 1 king on the other side of the house still on the main floor. A separate bathroom is in the hall with double sinks and a shower/tub. The upstairs is an open loft space with twin beds, sofa, futon Queen bed and tv for a perfect hangout place for kids, still in earshot. Floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace (wood is provided). 2 decks to work around the sun's position: a smaller, covered front deck and a beautiful large covered back deck with propane BBQ grill and propane firepit (propane provided). Laundry room has a washer and dryer off of the 2 car garage. This cabin accepts pets ($50 fee) and comes with a transferable social membership to enjoy the Torreon amenities of: outdoor pool, hot tub, family center, fitness club and fishing pond. There are also year round tennis courts, playground, sand volley ball and basketball courts as well as an equestrian center in the summer. The clubhouse restaurant is open to the public with great food and a terrace view on the golf course.
Homeowners live in Phoenix and fell in love with Torreon when they vacation rented a property. At that point that they decided to buy a cabin and vacation rent as well as use it when it is available for their 3 boy family.

This cabin is so light and open that the outside pines and blue skies are part of the house. 4 bedrooms downstairs make it easy for the grandparents to stay and the large loft area is a great place for the kids to hang out and sleep under the eaves, while still participating in downstairs activities. The back bedroom a desk, just in case you felt the need to work on vacation.

This place is stunning! The huge windows gave a peaceful view of the pines. The large deck was a great place to gather after grilling and the fireplace a perfect place for our evenings. We loved that we could keep an eye on our kids (while they were playing in the loft) and we were able to visit in the great room. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you VBRO and the owners!
Lovely property that is perfect for a medium to large size group. Plenty of sleeping options, superb kitchen, and great seating out on the porch. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the property. We look forward to being able to stay at this location again.
The cabin was absolutely amazing everything we expected plus more. We all had a wonderful and terrific time. Weather couldn't have been more perfect. We are looking forward to possibly making a Fourth of July tradition in the same cabin for the years to come. Thank you very much for all the assistance . The home is set up perfectly for family gatherings. It's spacious and the windows are amazing. We spent most of our time on the deck listening to the trees and enjoying the view of the woods. Our family spent hours playing corn hole on the deck and enjoying the fire pit. Stacey is great to work with. Thank you for a great week!

We had an amazing family weekend here at this beautiful cabin. The house was gorgeous inside. Very roomy, clean, and tons of space for our family. The back deck was perfect. We spent a lot of time back there enjoying the weather, fire pit, and view. We look forward to returning soon!
Torreon social amenities include a full size (unheated) pool, hot tub, fitness center, family center, fishing pond, basket ball courts, year round tennis courts, play ground and sand volley ball.
The Clubhouse restaurant is public and in the summer Torreon also opens the Cabin restaurant (in the gates).
