Because of the tight knit neighborhood, a maximum of ten (10) people are allowed at this property at any given time, this includes overnight and daytime guests/visitors.
The House: Del Mar Lagoon is an Air Conditioned four bedroom, two bath, one story home located on the water in Gig Harbor's scenic harbor waterfront. Beautiful, open concept kitchen and dining area, with views to the water. French doors lead to the covered deck with harbor views. A formal dining room with seating for 10 is spacious and elegant.
The master bedroom has a king bed with separate shower and tub in the en suite master bathroom. The master has a private covered porch, facing the harbor, with private french doors.
The second and third bedrooms each have a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds. This space works well as a family sleeping space or for just one or two is great as well! The hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower.
The house is located towards the end of the harbor on a street with other waterfront homes. Private driveway parking is available for five cars.
The house has a private outdoor covered living room, privacy curtains that face the entrance garden. On the harbor side off of the living room and master bedroom there are two covered outdoor living spaces.
The lawn and garden lead you to the water's edge to the lagoon & harbor. The house has two kayaks ready for your tour of downtown Gig Harbor.
Just at the end of the block is City Park at Crescent Creek, with a tennis court, basketball court and sand volleyball court. A leisurely 10 minute walk and you are at Anthony's Shoreline Restaurant or several wine shops and eateries.
You'll want to save an hour or two for the harbor maritime museum and the beach basket gift shop & Christmas shop.
The Neighborhood: Del Mar Lagoon is located on Gig Harbor's tidal waterfront which means twice in a 24 hour period the tide comes in and goes out. When the tide is in, enjoy kayaking and the beauty of the water. When the tide is out, enjoy the seagulls and a variety of other Pacific Northwest wildlife.
