Tennyson 3 is a modern townhome where no expense was spared in the detail, finishes and furnishings of this property. With over 1,800 SF of living space, every nook and cranny appeals to your modern aesthetic. This home has been thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind.

Each of our three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high end furnishings, bedding and feature their own private bathroom. With 600-thread count sheets and fluffy Turkish towels, you’ll have all the amenities of a resort and the privacy of your own space. All three bedrooms feature a luxurious fluffy pillow top mattress, all of this to give you the rest and relaxation you deserve.

The modern kitchen features white Kabi cabinets, quartz countertops, glass painted white backsplash tile and Bosch stainless steel appliances. Here you’ll find everything you need to create the perfect meal, cup of coffee or enjoy happy hour.

The open floor plan allows for everyone in the kitchen and living room to spend time together. The chefs in your family can stay busy in the kitchen and still being a part of the group lounging on the couch. The main level includes hardwood floors throughout, a cozy gas fireplace, a large sectional couch and a dining room table that seats 6 along with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. It also includes 52” flat screen TV and DVD player for the nights you feel like relaxing and watching some TV.

Spend time under the stars on the rooftop patio, which features views of the mountains and resin wicker furniture with plenty of seating for everyone.

The home also features: A high efficiency washer dryer, WIFI, air conditioning, secured 2 car garage, blinds throughout for privacy, iron and ironing board and pack n play.

This is the perfect location for groups of friends or couples, or families visiting Denver. Tennyson 3 can comfortably fit three couples or 6 people. I can accommodate 7 if the 7th person is a child and can share a bed or sleep in the pack n play. No more than 7 persons (6 adults) are allowed in this home.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Accomodations

This property is beautiful and worked great for 5 people with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooftop deck is a wonderful bonus! The garage is great too although our car didn't fit but there was plenty of close parking on the street. The best part about this place is the location. Tennyson is a fun street with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and coffee within walking distance. It is also an easy uber ride downtown. Great location for heading to Red Rocks, Boulder, Fort Collins etc. We have stayed downtown in previous trips to Denver but plan on returning to this place in the future! Highly recommend.

Great place! Cool area of Denver!

We found the townhouse to be in an interesting part of Denver. We were able to walk out down Tennyson Street, and felt it to be a very safe area. We walked to the nearby park, restaurants and shops. The townhouse itself was decorated nicely and had very comfy beds. We did have a rental car and drove to Red Rock Amphitheater and the town of Golden, also drove to 16th Street. We were on our way back from Breckenridge and thought this was in a great location!

Great location and ease of check-in/check-out

Great location on Tennyson, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Includes 2-stall private garage. Our only frustration was the many maintenance items that require attention, whether it was a loose faucet, plugged drain, non-latching door, etc. With some more upkeep this would have been an excellent stay.

If guests don't mention to me something isn't working, I don't always catch it or everything even though I try. I did go through our home with my maintenance guy and checked out all the items you mentioned and repaired or replaced as necessary. Thank you again for your feedback. We enjoyed the place immensely! Great area with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Fantastic restaurant right outside the door, Mas Kaos. The condo is beautiful, very well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable. Nice, well stocked kitchen The beds were very comfortable. Nice towels and linens. The rooftop was cozy for coffee in the am or dinner in the evening. We ordered out our last night and took it up to the roof. It was a great week in Denver!

It was a wonderful place to stay while we visited Denver.

The condo was lovely! It was very clean, had high end appliances in the kitchen, comfortable seating in the eating area, and decorated with modern furnishings.

Our original code didn’t allow us entrance but I called Jo and she immediately texted a new code that worked.

The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities for cooking. I would recommend that they have a sponge or dish rags to wipe counters or use to wash a frying pan as needed. The only other thing that would be nice is Kleenex in the upstairs bathrooms.

The beds were all very comfortable.

We enjoyed the rooftop patio when it started to cool off in the evening.

There are wonderful restaurants and shops all along Tennyson, so it was very convenient to go out for any meal of the day.

Overall it was an excellent experience.

We would definitely stay here again

Very clean, well furnished, and great location!

Exactly as advertised. Great location for dining and the cool vibe of Tennyson Street. Very clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Well-furnished kitchen. Nice furnishings throughout. Jo was responsive and easy to work with. We played golf at the local municipal course less than a mile away, rented the Lime Bike scooters to get around area, and played cards on the rooftop deck while enjoying sunrises, sunsets, and the mountain view. Will stay there again when back in Denver. Highly recommend.

The Tennyson Street Dining & Arts District is Denver’s latest “it” place to be. It is an extension of the Highlands neighborhood to the north and is now known as Denver’s next hot dining district. Tennyson Street is vibrant with fine dining options that will accommodate every discriminating taste.

New to the neighborhood is Brazen which has turned in to a destination for the entire city. Whether you sit by the fire pit on the park-side patio or inside the loud and lively dining room, you'll appreciate Brazen's unpretentious, seasonally inspired small plates at prices so reasonable, you can eat and drink, and eat and drink, without the fear of a formidable tab.

One of the neighborhood favorites is Local 46. It offers one of the coolest patio experiences, not to mention their top-notch service, friendly patrons, ever-rotating art on their walls, and an eclectic music lineup. This is a venue that welcomes families as a whole, and has hula hoops on-site for kiddos of all ages.

The trifecta of deliciousness has recently opened its doors on Tennyson Street. Atomic Cowboy, Denver Biscuit Company and Fat Sullys pizza join together for NY style pizza, smothered biscuits and late night embibing.

Other notable restaurants include Axios, Block & Larder, The Royal, Pasty Republic, El Chingon, Kaos Pizzeria and Uno Mas Taqueria y Cantina.

Two brewing companies have made Tennyson Street their home. Call To Arms Brewing Company and De Steeg brewery both offer tap rooms to taste their locally brewed craft beers.

The neighborhood boasts two healthy grocery stores including Sprouts and Natural Grocers.

On the first Friday of every month, galleries and artists display and sell their work offering everything from paintings and photography to Chinese scrolls and stage costumes. Its an eclectic offering of treasures and a walk you won’t want to miss.

Flanking the neighborhood on the north side include two large parks with lakes, tennis courts and views of the Rocky Mountains.

Quick access to I-70 makes it convenient to get around town or for that quick getaway to the mountains. We are 10 minutes from Downtown Denver, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, the Convention Center.
