Tajm - Bush Views and a Flat Walk to the Beach

Welcome to Tajm, a delightful cottage ideally suited to a small family or two couples looking to escape the city life and experience the serenity and privacy of Moggs.

Tajm has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area that is air conditioned (or electric heating in the winter) and opens onto the furnished deck area.

Located on a bushy block, and close to the national park and walking trails for the nature enthusiasts. A short flat walk to the Moggs beach for fishing or surfing or less than a five minute drive to the patrolled beach at Fairhaven. A fifteen minute drive will get you to the Anglesea Golf course for a round of golf with the resident kangaroos.

Please Note: the property has no laundry.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Peaceful and Cosy

Moggs Creek is tucked away from the crowds and traffic of Great Ocean Road but you can walk straight into the forest or straight into beautiful beaches. This small cottage was perfect for us and you staring straight into the bush. Our dog was welcome but you do need to be careful about pets wandering around with the forest right there. If you want peace and quiet and you don’t need a new home with all the bells and whistles then like us you’ll enjoy this one.

Dirty shower, mould in the silicone.

Great response and help from the agent. The place had used soap bar in the shower!! No sugar / coffee/ tea ! It taken forever to warmup the place so we can take our jackets off . One toilet roll , and many different glass that don’t really match . Uncomfortable armchairs and weird location for the tv. External Timber staircase was slippery and not safe .

Would have been great to have coat hangers . I had to buy some in Anglesea. Otherwise well equipped property and just what we wanted . Would stay again .

Stripped down with all you need

We really enjoyed TAJM. It’s a compact, light and simple shack but has all you need. Two bedrooms, good kitchen, front and back decks. Good BarBQ and an outdoor shower too. The setting is terrific. Long way from the road in front, and nothing but the bush in the back. It’s about 10 mins walk to the beach. Very relaxing get away. One tiny downside - the main adult room has only a double bed. If you’re used to a queen it takes getting used to.
