The cosy and full equipped downtown apartment is tastefully designed by an architect and is perfectly located in the city center resp. in the heart of Vienna. The 65m² sunny apartment is vis a vis the famous “Theater an der Wien” and directly situated at the unique “Wiener Naschmarkt” – Vienna’s most famous market with very nice restaurants, bars and cafes - a fantastic hot spot of Viennese and oriental atmosphere! Every Saturday you can also join the “Flohmarkt” (Vienna’s biggest flee market).

Vienna’s top touristic attractions are very close to the apartment which is therefore the perfect location to explore the Viennese historical Centre (Distances e.g.: Viennese Secession 100 meter, Viennese Opera 300m, Museum-Quarter and Albertina Museum 300m, St. Stephens Cathedral 500m, etc). The next Underground Station is only 200m away. The largest pedestrian zones / shopping streets of Vienna (Kärtner Strasse, Mariahilfer Strasse) are 5 min to go.

Our 65m² apartment consists of the entrance area, one bedroom with a double bed, one living room with a big sofa which can be transformed into a double bed, a kitchen with dining, a bathroom and a separated toilet. Toilet and bathroom are separated from both rooms and not ensuite. Both rooms can also be entered separately (they are connected with a door).

Apartment is quiet and sunny (east west orientation), 5th floor with elevator in a 6 story building. Direct (20m!) on the most famous market of Vienna:, the 'Naschmarkt'- an unique melange of Viennese & Oriental atmosphere - an absolute hot spot of Vienna with great atmosphere! (cosmopolitan with Viennese& international people, artists and bohemians. (- Theater, Opera, art galleries as well as University in the neighbourhood) Perfect Infrastructure: Various nice Breakfast – locations directly in front of the house- on the Naschmarkt. Gorgeous flat, great location

The flat looked nice in the photos but when we got there we realized they didn't fully do it justice. This flat is gorgeous. With the windows on both sides and the spacious kitchen and living room and the huge bathtub and very comfortable bed, we couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay while in Vienna. It was both comfortable and stylishly decorated and furnished and everything worked and functioned well. With the market just steps away we had a lot of options for lunch and dinner, from food stands to fine dining, and a grocery store around the corner made grabing some items for a cozy meal in, very convenient. There was also a street festival around the block which provided additional entertainment and food vendors. It was an enjoyable 10 minute walk to the Opera House, Royal Palace, Cathedral and the major sites of the city. Our host was very nice snd even met us at the flat when we arrived to show us how everything worked. There was some mild street noise until around 10pm and then things quieted down to get a good nights rest. Next time we visit Vienna we will definitely look to stay in this flat again! Best VRBO value we have found yet in 5 years!

Perfect place to stay

This apartment was in a prime location in Vienna. It was clean, very well furnished with everything you need, and comfortable in every way. The host (Wolfgang) provided us with lots of written and personal advice on activities including using the city bike system and regular things like dining, evening events, outdoor venues and museums, etc. We could not have been happier here, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Apartment and Excellent Location

The Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is very nicely decorated and the owners were very helpful. It is very close to the historical center of Vienna - about a 8-10 minute walk to the Opera House. The Apartment is located within 100 feet of Vienna's famous Naschmarkt where we ended up eating dinner almost every night - there are many choices. There is also a Billa grocery store right around the corner where we shopped for breakfast. There is also a laundry and ATM withing a couple of minutes walk. I can not imagine a better location to live while you visit Vienna. WiFi was excellent. The bed is very comfortable.

A Perfect Stay!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding apartment for 5 days. I seriously cannot think of anything that I would have improved. The location is perfect. This apartment is located just a few storefronts away from the Nachmarket. Even though it is located in a busy, commercial neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and there is a very reliable elevator that takes you directly to the door of the apartment. The building is very safe with a locking door on the street, and a secure apartment door. The position of the large luminous windows promotes a nice gentle breeze that keeps the apartment cool, even on a hot day.

It is obvious that Brigit and Wolfgang, who are perfect hosts, spared no expense on this apartment! The bedding and the linens are of very high quality. The toilet is located in a separate room which is very nice indeed if your wife tends to spend a long time in the shower. The hot water is supplied by an on-demand water heater--no running out of hot water. The floor in the bathroom is heated. I appreciated the espresso machine that comes with a supply of coffee. The apartment was spotlessly clean--these owners are very proud of this apartment and they take perfect care to maintain it.

We did not cook in the apartment, but the kitchen was very well equipped. There are so many food options that are located only a few steps from this building, that we found no reason to use the kitchen, although if we had a longer stay, we certainly would have used it.

We look forward to returning to this apartment soon!

An Excellent Apartment in the Perfect Location

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for three weeks on our recent trip to Vienna, and it is perfectly appointed and well located close to all the major tourist sights, and connections to the Vienna transport system. The host made us feel very welcome for our early morning arrival, and on showing us through the apartment, everything was exactly as expected from the photos on the website. The apartment is very light, very clean, and very large for a holiday rental, and there is no street noise to worry about during the quiet hours. The Naschmarkt is at the end of the street, and this presents ample opportunity for shopping and dining, and the Karls Platz U-Bahn station is a five minute walk from the front door. The apartment is on the fifth floor, and well serviced by the elevator in the entrance foyer. I would recommend this apartment to any traveller wishing to spend some time in the beautiful city of Vienna.
