Newly constructed 3 bedrooms, 2-bathroom home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in New Buffalo. The Camp Buffalo Cottages area offers its guests a communal pool, outdoor theater, and clubhouse for guest use. The property also offers a private 6-person hot tub that is open year-round. The property is less than three minutes you can walk to a kids' playground, tennis courts, and a skate park. New Buffalo offers several great restaurants, ice cream shops, quaint stores, and a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. This is one property that you do not have to worry about driving to anything. We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, dishwashers, central heat, and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, high-speed Internet service, and outdoor gas or charcoal grills.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not supply firewood for homes that have wood-fueled amenities like a fire pit or a wood-burning fireplace. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom -- so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Labor Day Weekend Fun

We loved staying at this home. It was the perfect location for our 2 year old - right by a park and the High School where he liked to explore the track and pavilion and down the street from a very family friendly burger place! It was a 3 minute drive to downtown and the beaches, which were amazing. The pool was warm and we mainly had it to ourselves during the week! The home was well appointed and the perfect size for our family. Clean and had all the amenities we needed! Since we have a small child, it was great to have a home all on one floor. My husband and I also enjoyed the hot tub. Great stay and would definitely come back!

Everything listed was exactly what I read. Pictures match actual rooms. House is fully stocked. Seriously best VRBO experience I’ve had. Not much needed to bring!

Amazing place to stay with your family

We stayed here with my daughters (2 & 4) and my parents and husband. House is so clean and well appointed (legit it has everything you could need!) The girls love the bunk beds and all the wooden furniture and cute decor. Pool is incredible and just steps away. A true gem in New Buffalo! We have stayed there now two years running!

Wonderful home

Everything you want in a vacation home. Very well appointed and since we cooked most of our meals in, the kitchen had everything we could have asked for. The pool and spa were very nice too. Thanks for allowing us to stay!
