Lovely 1 BR/ 2 BA condo in charming Duck, NC. This second-floor condo is perfect for couples or small families. It features a spacious living room w/ sleeper sofa, an updated, well-stocked kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with queen bed, two full baths, and a bunk bed alcove in the hallway. (Sheets and towels are not provided.)

Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the large deck! Oceanside: our beach access is on the property with no roads to cross. Just a short walk across the lawn and you're at the water.

Free WiFi, flat screen tv w/ cable, books, and games are provided.

Colony by the Sea is an easy 15 minute walk to the Village of Duck with restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful sound-side boardwalk! The community has an oceanfront pool (open seasonally, weather permitting) w/ outside showers, sundecks, a new play area, tennis courts, grills, and picnic tables. It also has a boardwalk/ stairs across the dunes and private community beach access.

Please note this is a second-floor condo in a building with no elevator. You have one reserved parking space directly next to the stairwell. (Additional parking is available in the west lot.)

NEW FOR 2024 - LINENS ARE PROVIDED AND BEDS WILL BE MADE! There is a coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor of the building. NOTE: BEDSPREADS AND PILLOWS ARE IN THE UNIT, BUT PLEASE USE YOUR DISCRETION AND BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS AND PILLOWS IF YOU WISH.

Perfect close to the beach get away!

We loved the location - right at the beach with sunrise views off the deck and walking distance to town for shopping and dining or walks on the boardwalk along the sound. Appreciate the good communication of the hosts as well as not getting check in information right before check in time (that makes me nervous when traveling!). Clean with everything we needed for just the two of us.

Anniversary Getaway

Enjoyed this little condo for a quick Anniversary getaway. The beach was wonderful as was the shell collecting. The condo was all we needed. Hate to bring up any negatives but the mattress left a lot to be desired, and the location of the Washer Dryer underneath the complex was not convenient for these old knees. However, duck NC is a great place to just get away and the comfort we did have at his condo was all we needed. thanks for making this available.

The best hosts

Great location(close to town and a quick walk to the beach). Nicely equipped and and really nice balcony. The best part was the hosts. They responded quickly to my questions and concerns and were super friendly every time. Would stay again.

Lovely and Convenient

Great little place, perfect for 2 and possibly small children. Clean, excellent beach and pool access. Enjoyed our stay, even with the visit from Idalia.
