The bright, spacious apartments are located in a quiet side street, only 5 min. Walk from the underground station 'Berliner Straße'. Here you can get on and ride 4 min. Directly, without change, to the station 'Kurfürstendamm' where you get off right at the Memorial Church, and thus are in the center of the new West Berlin and at the same time in the middle of the Kurfürstendamm. Just a few meters from here there are the famous KaDeWe or to the zoo. Also, the center of Berlin, for. Example of Potsdamer Platz is conveniently located just 20 min. Reached. Charming, Quiet, Well appointed, Spacious

The HomeAway pictures accurately reflect this charming, light filled, tastefully decorated apartment. The entire apartment was spotless, the location convenient to an excellent bakery, food store, and metro stops. The kitchen was efficient and well appointed with all needed cooking and dining utensils. We appreciated the foldable rack for drying cloths. The balcony table was our favorite breakfast spot overlooking a delightful tree lined street. We were able to connect to the quite fast internet via ethernet after purchasing the proper cable adapter from the Berlin Apple store. The owner was very flexible and a delight to work with. We highly recommend this apartment and its owner. if we could give it 6 stars we would.

It was a wonderful small apartment

Marion Ewert was charming helpful and very accommodating. We stayed for 6 nights. The kitchen is very well appointed, clean and easily maneuvered. Condiments were available for easy cooking, dishes, cutlery and pans all there. It was delightful!

The location is an easy walk to the U Bahn which connects you to just about by where you want to go.

All in all

The BEST luxurious studio apartment in Berlin.

Fantastic apartment to be in Berlin for two!!!

Looks even better there than the beautiful apartments pictures here. Great contemporary furnished cozy place to spend romantic days in Berlin. It is only 5 minutes walking to Metro station. Quite street 24 hrs. Fully equipped kitchen. WiFi router with security password. We are definitely recommending already this address to my circle of people in Los Angeles. And we are planing even longer stay there soon. Marion and her husband are worm very attentive, helpful fine hostes! Big thanks Marion again!!!

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment was everything I hoped for: beautifully furnished, cozy and welcoming atmosphere and a great location. It's close to everything you could need in a nice, quiet neighborhood with grocery stores, great restaurants, and subway and bus stations only a few minutes walking distance away. The park across the street offers great walking, jogging, lounging and picnic-ing opportunities and the local neighborhood atmosphere made me feel right at home. Definitely planning a stay again soon! Thank you!

Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in unserer Wohnung waren wir sehr kurzfristig auf eine city-nahe Unterkunft in Berlin angewiesen. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe und eine unbürokratische Abwicklung.
