Welcome to HÄUS'L Werda in the beautiful Vogtland!

Enjoy vacation fun in untouched nature. Use the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bike tours and walks and in winter a well-developed network of trails!

The Häusl is a small, lovingly restored farmhouse for individualists. In the cozy kitchen you will find a kitchenette with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, kettle and fridge / freezer. Fireplace and CD player are also available. Likewise W-LAN with 50Kbit / s. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. Towels + bed linen are provided. On the open upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and an open gallery with two beds. Non smoking house. No pets.

Das Ferienhaus ist toll! Die Balken, das Holz, die Keramik überall.. wir hatten alles was wir für einen schönen Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Kinder fanden die Großzügigkeit der Räume und besonders die Galerie mega klasse. Sehr zu empfehlen für Urlauber die es rustikal und urig lieben und nicht stino 08/15. wir fanden es richtig klasse und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Schönes Haus

Ein liebevoll renoviertes Haus in einem freundlichen Dorf mit zwei großen Wohnräumen, Diele und Bad sowie Schlafbereichen unter dem Dach. Da die Treppe dorthin etwas steil ist, gibt es oben eine Kindersicherung. Großer Außenbereich mit Grill usw. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert bei möglichen Anfragen rasch. Alles hat funktioniert. Empfehlung! PS: ich habe fast alle Einzelbewertungen hoch gesetzt, obwohl manche Punkte Geschmackssache sind und man trotzdem etwas eingeben MUSS!

Familienurlaub

Das Häuschen ist liebevoll her- und eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die oberen Räume (Schlafräume) sind nur über eine steile Stiege erreichbar, die für Kleinkinder und Eltern mit Baby eine Herausforderung darstellt. Zudem sind die Schlafräume hintereinander angeordnet, also eher ein Haus für Familien, Freunde müssen woanders untergebracht werden. Es gibt zudem nur ein Bad. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön zum Wandern und die Natur erkunden/genießen. Die Talsperre kann man auch mit Kindern fußläufig erreichen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Familie Remus (2erwachsene, 2Kinder 2Monate und 5Jahre alt)
