The Bamboo Hotel is one of only three Waikiki hotels designated as a New York Times Pick. Called 'A hidden gem' on a New York Times Review and 'Honolulu's hippest, affordable place to stay in Waikiki' by Travel & Leisure Magazine.

Often referred to as an Oasis in the Heart of Waikiki, the Aqua Bamboo & Spa is a lovely property that even includes its own Spa with a beautiful swimming pool and large sun deck in a garden setting called The Outer Sanctuary. There is a pavilion and even a barbecue grill it's a wonderful spot to take a swim, or just simply relax after a day of activity.

There are wonderful restaurants nearby, including the wellknown Cheesecake Factory; Hy's Steak House for a very special dinner; Tiki's Grill & Bar for great food, inexpensive drinks and Duke's Canoe House, oceanfront, food, drinks, with both places great spots for sunsets, people watching and nightly entertainment; and Cheeseburger in Paradise, always crowded, located at each end of Waikiki.

Our studio has a new air-conditioner, kitchen area with two small refrigerators, two burner stove top, microwave, coffeemaker, color cable TV, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and free Internet access.

Love the location.
Loved the location of this place it was easy to walk to the beach, abc store is super close and the cheap stores too. Bus is opposite that goes to ala Moana centre. We managed to use some of the beach gear that was there. The aircon is super cold which was great and it also has two fridges

All went well, early check in was all set as required. Room was a little run down but was sufficient. Happy to book again through this agency.

Its was a nice place. Beds are very firm. Just don't like the fact you have to pay for more toiletries and wash towels and beddingif you want refresh. 6 days with 4 girls and only 3 rolls of toilet paper, not a good combo. Overall had a great time.
