Known for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters, Miramar Beach is a family- friendly destination with something for everyone. Alerio is within walking distance of several local shops, gift shops, and restaurants.

Beach Access:
Geronimo St. Beach Access boardwalk is located directly across the street from the Alerio gate entrance. There is no parking for this access. Lifeguards are on duty from 10am-6pm, seven days a week from March 1- Sept 30.
Tents must be 10’ x 10’ or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a 15’ distance from the dunes for emergency vehicles.

Nearby Restaurants:
Surf Hut, Pompano Joes, Whales Tale, Beach Bar at Royal Palm Grille, Lost Pizza Co and many fast-food chains. Winn-Dixie is less than a mile from the complex.

Nearby Shopping:
Conveniently located just off US 98, Silver Sands Premium Outlets is home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores including Tory Burch, Coach, Kate Spade New York, Michael Kors, Columbia, Huk and many more. This outdoor mall features covered sidewalks, a children’s play area, public restrooms, and a variety of dining options including Haagen-Dazs, Starbucks, Big Bad Breakfast and Auntie Anns. Nearby Grand Boulevard is an upscale outdoor center featuring retail brands Anthropologie, Lululemon, Williams Sonoma and many more. Catch the latest movie at AMC Classic Boulevard 10 Cinema, also located at Grand Boulevard.

Parking:
On-site parking for one car. A parking pass is required and provided by Sand Dollar One for each reservation.
Additional parking is available for a nightly fee of $30 at Geronimo RV Park (0.4miles)

Booking Policy:
• 50% reservation deposit is due at time of booking
• Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date
• Reservations canceled prior to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.

Great vacation spot!

Easy to communicate with owner/manager, very responsive. We loved the condo and it was in a great location! Gated entry with assigned parking space was nice. Beach access was great. Walking distance to a few stores. Close to outlet mall, several local restaurants, and a grocery store without having to get out on the main road. Very impressed. Condo was super clean. Three bedrooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. All linens were well stocked. Kitchen was well stocked also. Having a washer/dryer was great. Only problem we encountered was the bedroom/bathroom doors didn't latch/lock. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

Condo is great! But be aware of a few things….

My best friend and I decided to book a joint family vacation— 4 kids and 3 adults total (my husband wasn’t able to make it due to work). The condo itself was great! Lots of room in the living room/dining area for the kids to play and hang out. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes and plates. Rooms were decent sized and everything in the condo was very clean and cozy. My two pieces of advice before booking here: 1. Be aware of the parking situation and 2. Be aware that the splash pad is not in great shape. Prior to booking, we didn’t notice that there’s only one space per condo. The info email we got before the trip had all the details about parking and since I only had my son with me I figured it made the made sense for me to be the one who parked at the RV space. The parking is close but at least a 10 minute walk away. Also, I couldn’t find a straight line path to take after parking my vehicle so I ended up walking on a road with no sidewalk to get back to the condo. People we’re driving so fast on that side road so just be careful if you have to walk there! The splash pad looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or turned on in months. It was disappointing to see, especially since we booked with the intention of letting the kids play there when we weren’t at the beach. The pool was decent and had a shaded area so that was nice at least. Overall, we had a good trip.

For the most part good

We had a great stay overall. Unfortunately the AC unit was not working properly the first 2 day we were there but we didn’t realize it until the second or 3rd day. They did get someone out there as fast as they could after we let them know in the morning and it did get fixed by the late afternoon on that day. The ice dispenser also got „fixed“ but then only dispensed crushed ice. It was ok for us. The floors were basically clean, but could be cleaner. If we walked around barefoot our feet were very dirty after a few hours of being in the apartment. It needs some TLC (tender loving care), but other than that fine.

Unusual

It was alright just never experience a vacation like this where it was gated and limited parking. The condo was nice but had a few things wrong and overall was okay.
