Walk to all activities - shopping, eating, art galleries, antique stores. The arkansas river and riverside park are 1 block away. Kid friendly, pet friendly! This home has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds), there is a blow-up mattress that sleeps another 2. There are 2 full bathrooms. The master bath has a soaker tub and separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need to make home cooked meals. There is an outdoor patio area with a bbq grill. There are 2 off-street parking spots and room for other vehicles on the street.

Family Ski Vacation

Family of father, son and grandson (2 adults and 1 teen), each had a comfortable bedroom. House was nicely updated with modern conveniences and located only a block from downtown. We enjoyed skiing at Monarch Mountain and then taking walks downtown for dining and shopping. Parking behind house had easy access to back door. All in all an enjoyable stay.
