About this property

This house has over 1700-sq and sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and separate bathroom with private entrance. Second bedroom has a new double bed that sleeps 2. Third bedroom has 2 new single beds. Fourth room has a convertible bed, plus we can add another single bed, if needed. All beds have great quality sheets.
House has a open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. It has a washer and dryer, heater, central A/C, and garage.
This house is conveniently located in the heart of Altamonte Springs. You can head to the beaches Downtown Orlando, the Disney area, or just across the street where the Altamonte Mall and Crane's roost Park.

Enjoy all of Greater Orlando amenities, just minutes away.

Additiobally, Seminole County has many natural parks and trails. The Seminole Wekiva trail (14 miles) is a paved trail for biking/walking. Sanlando park is a vast Athletic facility one mile away. . Recreational activities such as tennis, basketball, baseball, racquetball, and sand volleyball are always available!

Likely wouldn’t stay here again

The property manager was responsive and check in was easy. However, the property was not as clean as I would have liked. Also, in the description of the property it appears that there is another bedroom that is not present at the property. I thought I was getting 3 rooms with queens beds and a room with 2 twins plus a pull out. There were only 2 rooms with queen beds, a pull out (that didn’t have sheets with it so I had to call) and a room with 2 twins. There was also a terrible smell coming from the laundry room. The location was convenient. We only used the property to sleep as we have family nearby, but I would not stay here again.

Nice Little House for a Weekend Stay

The house was just what we needed to visit our oldest for the weekend. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. House was tidy, and the kids enjoyed having their own space during the stay.

Great Hosts

Came with a delay from Hurricane Nicole at 3am in the morning. The hosts stocked the fridge with extras, left the lights on, brought over a generator and gas cook top when the power went out later in the morning, making the situation as best that could be. Luckily only without power 3 hours. House was clean and fresh.

Great place location perfectly

Had a wonderful stay. Very easy to get everywhere. Had bbq available perfect for 4th holiday. Big beautiful home. Maybe another TV in the bedroom might help but besides that great place. Will come back for another stay.

I came from the northeast 40 years ago and stayed in Seminole County. I found that this is a great place to live. There are so many things to do. My wife and I love it and I know you will too! We manage the property and live on the same block. We love to travel like you do.
We live, love and laugh !

Why they chose this property

We live in the same neighborhood as this house. Why? Because it is a great place to live. We are close to everything - just 10 min from downtown Orlando, and 5 minutes from Winter Park. Seminole State College, Rollins College, and UCF are also very close.
Disney is 25 minutes grom here, Universal is 15 minutes.... Or mall across the street.

What makes this property unique

I loved this property because it is close to all the things I need. Shopping, Springs, Trail, dancing, and other fun things to do.
