Located in the heart of the 9th district (arrondissement), this beautiful apartment has been decorated with an eye for details, featuring well chosen art work and contemporary furniture.
On the 4th floor (with elevator), typical of the Haussmannian architecture, with its elegant wooden floor, high ceilings, mouldings, large fireplace, big windows, it comprises a bright living room with a comfortable chesterfield sofa, a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and spacious closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, wc / shower.
Situated on the upscale rue de chateaudun, it's particularly close to Notre Dame de Lorette, Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge, the Musee du Louvre and the famous Opéra Garnier.
There, you can enjoy the shoppers mecca of Galeries Lafayette or Printemps, among many others.
My place is very close to the 'famous' rue des martyrs with traditional food stores (bakery, delicatessen, butcher's shop, wine cellars, cheese factory), fruits and veggies stores, organic food stores, trendy cafes and restaurants.
Despite being located in one of the bobo hotspot of the city.

The nearest metro station (Notre-Dame-De-Lorette) is 2 min away.
Almost every tourist site can be reached walking (assuming you enjoy walking a bit).
Bikes (vélib) can be easily rented in the street for a few euros a day.
The gare du Nord (Eurostar; for trains from England, Belgium and Holland) is 10min walk away.
The gare de Lyon is 30 min away by subway.
The gare Montparnasse is 20 min away by subway.
You can park nearby (less than 5 mn walking) in a secure parking : parking Saint Georges.
