We are so excited to offer this penthouse apartment in our newly renovated building complete with off street parking space, private elevator, large piazza and gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom on 3rd floor contains queen bed and large master bath. Antique staircase leads to 4th floor bedroom containing 1 full bed, 2 twin beds and a full bath. Large sectional sofa, 9 seat kitchen island, 2 flat screens and additional full hall bath are just a few of the amenities. Easy walk to all the best Charleston has to offer. The perfect venue for a short or long term stay or for hosting small meetings or elegant dinner parties. Our nightly rate is based on 4 but we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Why Steven Niketas chose Historic Old City

The restoration of this building was a labor of love that took almost 5 years to complete. Our Greek restaurant, Stella's, occupies the main floor and is open for Sunday brunch and lunch and dinner daily. The second floor is a banquet space that seats up to 60 guests for all types of parties.

What makes this condo unique

Our building offers an opportunity to stay in what has already become a historic landmark in the upper king corridor. We are one block from the vibrant King St shopping district and 2 blocks from visitor's center.

Amazing property with great owner

My wife and I stayed in this amazing property for four nights and had a ball. Steven greeted us on arrival helped with baggage and gave us a complete tour and overview of the area. Great guy who made sure everything was perfect. The penthouse was spotless, well furnished and had a marvelous kitchen. Great location....walked to virtually everything we did within the King and Market street areas. The Greek resturante on the first floor was fabulous with unique atmosphere. It was great to be able to drop in for a quick bit or drink only a few steps from our room. I can't say enough about this property. We've stayed in many high end facilities but this one is tops on the list...... exceeding our expectations in virtually everything. Will be returning next year.

Great place and people.

We stayed at this property for 4 weeks. The property was exactly as shown and I will say it was even larger then I thought it would be.

The host Steve went out if his way to address any issues very quickly. Steve even installed a internet booster when I said it was slow.

The restaurant downstairs was absolutely fantastic.

The staff was very helpful and always had a smile.

I highly recommend this property as the location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere.

Perfect Graduation Hideaway!!

I realize I'm quite tardy in reviewing this rental, but I must rave about it--it's the best place we've stayed in during our 4 yrs visiting our daughter at CofC!! Very high-end and luxurious--Steve was marvelous to work with. The location was perfect for graduation festivities--so easy to walk to the ceremony. It's located a block away from King St--close enough to all the restaurants, etc. but quieter than being directly on the main drag. Talk about wonderful restaurants--Stella's is on the first floor of the building! It is our favorite restaurant in Richmond and, as luck would have it, it had just opened last spring in Charleston---it was a match made in heaven for us!

Our stay in Charleston was amazing!

The property was clean and just beautiful. Steven could not have been a better host! His knowledge of the area coupled with the prime location of this abode makes for a memorable southern experience. Sitting on the quintessential Charleston porch watching the locals stroll by before heading off to dinner made for a great start to every night. The not to be missed added bonus of this residence is the restaurant found on the first floor. Stella's is an stand out restaurant in a town of exceptional dining opportunities. I can't wait to find myself back in Charleston. Thank you Steven for making my Charleston stay a reason to come back again and again!

Happy New Year!

Great location! We went with another couple to to celebrate the New Year and had a wonderful time! Steve was there to greet us as well as give us a tour of the property. Location was great as it was a super quick walk to King. The house itself was great for hanging out and staying in and cooking if that is what you choose to do. Definitely would stay here again!

Steven is very gracious, responsive and kind. The apartment is luxurious, comfortable, and had all the amenities to make for s wonderful stay. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops and historic area. It is a very walkable location.
