Fabulously positioned renovated beach house literally only a 600m stroll to the beautiful bay beach and 2kms to the back beach! Dog friendly! Quiet court location. 1.6km to the Blairgowrie cafes and a short drive to Sorrento or Rye.

North facing backyard with grass and paving. Outdoor setting, new weber style BBQ perfect for summer living.

Cozy wood fire for the cooler months. Three bedrooms available, 2 with brand new Queen beds/plush mattress and 1 with 2 single beds. All linen and towels provided.
Work/study desk in all 3 bedrooms.

Foxtel (limited package,including kids channels, music, and prerecorded movies )
Sport or movie channels can be added on for the duration of your stay at a small cost.

A perfect yard for dogs or small children as completely fenced.

Relaxing stay in Rye

We had a lovely week on Mornington Peninsula, staying at this property. The house met all our expectations and Michelle was easy to deal with. It was a great location .... walking distance to Blairgowie and an easy drive to Sorrento, Portsea and Rye. The house had all the basics - no need to rush out and buy teabags or toilet paper. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Perfect few days away

Hawaii Sands is a beautifully kept house not too far from the beach, the local cafe's and IGA. This was our first holiday with our Cavoodle pup, so the fully enclosed property was perfect. Our host, Michelle, was lovely and was always there if we needed any help.

Great for people and pets.

A well-equipped property with fully enclosed garden. This enable us to have a safe space for our dog in the large garden.

Why they chose this property

I love our house because it is fully renovated, light , bright and a 600 metre easy walk to the beautiful front beach that is dog friendly and very peaceful and quiet most of the year. It is in a quiet court location. I love the Blairgowrie cafes and restaurants that are only a 15 minute walk for coffee in the morning or dinner at night. The back yard is flat/grassed and large enough for kids cricket and great for BBQ,s too. Fully fenced to keep our cavoodle safe.
