Shoreline Towers Unit 2103 is located in Tower 2 on the 10th Floor. This is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach front condo with amazing views to the Gulf. As you step through the doors of 2103 you are greeted with an open kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, comfortable furniture. Along with new dining room set. Unit 2103 is tiled throughout the condo with carpet in the bedrooms. Open balcony with amazing views to watch the dolphins play and enjoy the Sunrise. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom. Living room also does come equipped with a sleeper sofa- Double size. Master bathroom does have a walk-in shower. Come and enjoy your stay here at Shoreline Towers in Unit 2103 and make many wonderful memories.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

February 2024 Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything we expected. As former Destin residents we enjoyed visiting with friends and enjoying walks on the beach. Glass table tops in dining and living room areas are very worn. Chairs at the bar and dining table are very large and heavy. Unit is ready for some replacements.

Nice place

Great place but you need to bring everything you would need in the kitchen. There is no salt, pepper or anything to make coffee. No toiletries either. The place is under construction but except for the early morning noise it wasn't an issue. Would stay there again.

Family Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 2 in the afternoon after a 15 hr car trip with a 2 yr old and 10 month old. We knew the room wasn’t suppose to be ready until 4pm, but we checked to see just in case. We were told it was not ready yet, but we’re told that we would receive a text once it was ready, we were already given the access code to get into the room the day before. She even verified my cell number with me before we left. So we left and went to kill time. By 4, we still hadn’t received a text that the room was ready so we drove back to the condo but no one was in the office. I checked my email just in case and there was an email sent at 2:47 saying the room was ready. We wasted time with tired kids for no reason. Then we get up to the room and get the car unloaded after several trips to find the room not completely clean. The floors were terrible. My 2 yr old had black feet after running around the room without shoes on in 30 mins. A kitchen light was out and we didn’t have a replacement bulb. It was after closing time for the office but I called and left a message since the next day was Sunday, we knew the office was closed and wouldn’t hear back until Monday. Didn’t receive a call back but Monday afternoon, a gentleman came to the room to replace the lightbulb for us. When we mentioned the dirty floors, we were literally told that they only “spot clean” in between guests because there isn’t time for a deep clean. They deep clean the condos every few months instead because if they did it after each guests stay, it would take to long. That was so disappointing to hear and the last thing we want to do when we start a vacation is to have to clean the room, especially when charged a cleaning fee. We left the room cleaner at the end of the week then when we arrived.
