Welcome to our Kauai Home!! Our Townhouse has been completely renovated with an all new kitchen complete with new stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry & granite counter tops. New Tile has been installed thru-out entry, kitchen, dining area & carpeted living room & Bedrooms. The townhouse is all newly painted indoors. New Pillow Top Beds, bedding, towels & new window draperies have just been added along with lovely new showers in each bathroom, plus new Patio Furniture + a new electric BBQ. It's clean, it's beautiful, we have free WiFi, a new 42' High Definition TV along with all amenities of home and we know you will enjoy! And, our rates are highly discounted as the unit is privately owned.

Our Townhouse is located at the Puamana Condominiums in Princeville and sits in a lush, tranquil garden setting offering a perfect combination of stunning natural beauty! Ease into Paradise with the morning songs of friendly birds in tree tops while enjoying breakfast on your lanai. You can choose to enjoy the swimming pool or take the short walk thru the 'Tunnel of Trees' used by Hawaii's Kings & Queens of Old to the secluded end of Anini Beach and snorkel area.

great condo

We really loved staying here. The condo was really nice (we thought it was even better than the pics). Great amount of space for a condo (perfect for our family), well appointed kitchen, and small area to sit with tables and chairs outside. Great location for exploring Northside. We enjoyed walking to beach at end of road, and saw a big seal hanging out on the beach. Mary was very friendly and put up with a very early call from the airline (re our lost luggage) and helped organise return of my phone that I left behind. Immaculate cleaning, and handy washer and dryer available. Beach equipment available.

Quiet condo for families

Great location in Princeville. We enjoyed the snorkeling gear and fully stocked kitchen. We had no issues cooking our own meals. Mary is a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home.
