About Tye & Erika
Tye and Erika split time between Seattle and Ashford. Tye is the Ops. Manager for locally based International Mountain Guides and Erika is a Photo Producer in Seattle. Together they travel quite extensively having visited 6 of the 7 continents. They have a German Shepard named McKenzie who is a little long in the tooth these days but she still gets around alright.
Tye & Erika purchased this Cabin in 2015
Why Tye & Erika chose Paradise Estates
We bought this property to give us a base camp in Ashford. We love to hike and wanted to place closer to the mountain. This cabin also gives Tye a place to crash when he's at work in Ashford. Hopefully others can enjoy our cabin when we're not out there having fun on our own.

Absolutely amazing stay. We happened to come at a time with some unexpected weather/landslides so we weren’t able to really do anything in the area. Tye and Erica have been more than helpful! So glad we chose to go with their cabin. My boyfriend wants to come back in the summertime to the same exact cabin. You’ll be seeing us again!
Perfect Romantic Home
We had a great time staying here. It was perfect for my partner and I. We really enjoyed the wood stove fire place. Overall an amazing experience.
Paradise in Washington
We were delighted with this quaint and cozy dwelling outside Mount Rainier National Park. The well equipped kitchen suited our desire to cook at home, the furnishings are comfortable and interesting, and it was such a pleasure to make an outdoor fire every night. The park is minutes away, with fantastic hiking, unbeatable views and gorgeous forests. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.
Very nice place and very close to the entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. Enjoyed it.
Nice cabin for two people
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin had a nice eat-in kitchen center island and a nice roomy living room with very eclectic decorations. The place was really close to Mount Ranier and we made use of the walking poles in the entry closet. A nice touch was two “welcome” beers waiting for us in the refrig and good interaction with the hosts via email.
We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin in the woods! I location was perfect for exploring the park. And such a cozy place to come back to after a day of hiking! Would definitely recommend!!
