About this property

This cozy country house, located on the Friesenhügel in Langwarden, with a large natural garden, was renovated in 2016/17. It is centrally located between the North Sea resorts Tossens and Burhave (5km each), where you will also find beaches, indoor pools (Sunparcs) and the well-known North Sea lagoon. The Fedderwardersiel cutter harbor is also about 5 km away. We recommend that you buy the fresh crabs straight from the cutter. Also in the vicinity are various restaurants & all possibilities for leisure activities and all supply options. There has been a new cafe in Langwarden since 2016. The house is suitable for 2 families or groups. Pets are also very welcome (dog beaches available). Enjoy nice barbecues in the large enclosed garden or winter garden and if the weather is not so good, make yourself comfortable in front of the stove and a few saunas. You can also take very nice walks to the dike 500m away or just ride a bike along the dike.

Ganz nett

In Langwarden gibt es nichts. Also jeden Tag mit dem Auto unterwegs. Das Haus ist ganz nett, aber es ginge besser. Jede Zusatzleistung ist extra zu bezahlen. Sogar ein Kindersitz mit € 3,-/Tag. Dafür bekommt man nach 1 Woche schon einen neuen (IKEA ANTILOP 20,-). Die Mikrowelle ist mangels Kennzeichnungen nicht zu bedienen und der Backofen ist defekt.

Sehr gut für Familienurlaub

Ausreichend Platz für 6EW und drei Kleinkinder sowie einen Hund. Der Garten war prima für Kinder und Hund. Der Weg zum Deich und darüber hinaus für Groß und Klein bestens geeignet. Auch außerhalb des Hauses gab es in den Nachbarorten genug zu erleben.

Gemütliches liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine Woche über Weihnachten in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Oma, Opa, Eltern und 3 Kinder (11, 12 und 14 Jahre). Die Ausstattung war top - es war alles da! Auch die Küche und das Geschirr war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die liebevolle Weihnachtsdekoration. Bereits bei Ankunft stand ein kleines geschmücktes Weihnachtsbäumchen und an den Fenstern waren Lichterketten angebracht. Vielen Dank!

Eigentlich ein schönes Häuschen…

An sich ein schönes Haus mit schönem Garten (mit Schaukel, Sandkiste, Trettraktor für die Kids). Man könnte sich theoretisch sehr wohlfühlen. Auch die Lage ist sehr schön. Aber leider war es bei unserer Ankunft nicht ausreichend geputzt. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt, es fanden sich an vielen Stellen kleinere und größere Staubfussel und Dreck und in einem Bad sogar die Plastikhülle eines Tampons auf dem Boden. Auch waren an mehreren Stellen Hundehaare zu finden - auch auf zwei der nicht bezogenen Matratzen. Außerdem besteht an einigen Stellen dringender Renovierungsbedarf (kaputte Fliesen und eine abgebrochene Bodenleiste einer Schlafzimmertür, eine der Klospülungen) und wir hatten den Verdacht auf Schimmelbefall in einem Schlafzimmer (das wir nicht gebraucht und genutzt haben). Unser Fazit: Wir sind bei dem Preis mit wenigen Ansprüchen und Erwartungen angereist, aber selbst die wurden teilweise nicht erfüllt, da insgesamt eher ungepflegter und leider dreckiger Zustand. Es wirkt doch alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. So leider gar nicht weiterzuempfehlen.
