About the property

This Brand New Renovation Includes Two Bedrooms, Each With Their Own Bathroom

Located in the heart of expanding Charleston! Just a short walk from all of the restaurants on upper King, and stores! Get a first hand experience of the expanding city of Charleston by staying right in it!

Guests will have access to all amenities and appliances in the apartment, which include: flat screen TV in bedrooms and living room, Apple TV, central sound system with speakers throughout the apartment, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator.

There are two twin beds in one of the two bedrooms, and a queen bed in the other. There is also a full size bed in an office attached to one of the bedrooms.

We have residential parking passes that can be used to park on-street (these can be obtained upon request). There is also a parking garage on King Street (just south of Spring Street) at the Hyatt.

Our office is located down the street from the apartment. We will meet the guests at the apartment on the day of arrival to help settle them in and answer any questions that they may have.

About Kyle O'Keefe

Recently moved to Charleston after graduating a few years ago from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania. Since then, I have been experiencing the thriving city of Charleston and all it has to offer! I work for a property management company in downtown Charleston.

I am an investor with the Indigo Road Group, which has five restaurants downtown in Charleston: Oak Steakhouse, O-Ku, Indaco, Macintosh, and Cocktail Club. All a must see during your visit!

A perfectly appointed condo in a great location

The property seemed brand new and had thoughtfully included items like (good) coffee, cotton swabs and umbrellas. Only way it could have scored better was if Artisan Meat Share was still open! Rent with confidence.

Great Location and Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is great for those who want to park the car for the weekend, and walk the city. We had a group of 5 and the space was perfect for fitting everyone comfortably. Overall, we loved the stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a week when we were visiting Charleston for the first time. It was exactly as shown on the website. It was a perfect location (upper King Street) for walking all around the town. The condo is appointed very well with high end appliances and bathroom finishes. We liked the historic touches too; from what looked like the original floors to the reclaimed ceiling beams. The open kitchen layout made entertaining easy too. From the location it was also easy to jump on the freeways to the airport, visit the plantations in the area, or access to the Ravenal Bridge over to Patriots Point. And it was nice to have a dedicated parking space right next to the building. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Charleston.

Awesome place!

We had a great stay at 33 spring st. It was updated recently and has everything you need. It is super close to King st restaurants an bars. One bad thing is food truck sets up across the street in empty lot and blasts music into the night, but it looks like condos are going to be built there soon. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Downtown Charleston

We had a wonderful time in Charleston. This 2 bedroom apartment was the perfect size and location. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do -- great restaurants, city tours and shopping.

Lovely apartment in a bad neighborhood

This apartment is lovely. The luxury finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, in particular, are outstanding. The location, however, is another story. It's definitely convenient - steps away from King Street shopping. But it's between two buildings that look like they should be condemned. It's also located across from an empty parking lot that is occupied every night by a Greek food truck that blasts music until 2:00 a.m. There are also no blinds or curtains in the sleeping sun room and there is construction going on directly behind the apartment. The workers can see straight in!
