Apartments Delfini are family run. Whether you want to chat, need information, have questions or problems - we are always there for you!

We are allergy friendly conscious and specialized for Non smokers / no pets. With only a few apartments, we focus particularly on ensuring that you have a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Apartments Delfini are at the end of Sv. Philip Jakov on the road along the sea, leading to Biograd. The house is built with quality, comfort and convenience in mind, cool in summer and warm in winter with floor heating. Mediterranean style can be seen around the house with stone walls, paved areas and Mediterranean herbs, flowers, fruit trees and vegetables as a result of our hobby gardening.On the north side is the parking area and on the south side towards the sea is the barbecue.

Apartment 2:
The modern sunny -light apartment is on the 2.5 floor oriented towards the south - for 2 people:
a cozy dining-living room with satellite TV, DB / sofa bed, dining area, wardrobe with safe, remote control ceiling fan, kitchen (ceramic electric hob, microwave, fridge / freezer), readingdesk, bathroom with shower / sink / toilet. Balcony with table / chairs and a wonderful sea view.

Sun and Sea: Directly in front of the apartments is a sandy beach which is ideal for small children and anyone who enjoys a beach which is not crowded as we are some 500m south from Sv. Filip i Jakov and a little further from Biograd na moru. If we continue north along this sandy beach for some 50m is a beach-bar selling food, drinks, icream etc., with tables and chairs . Further north, the beach is paved , pebbles in the water and there are more beach-bars.

If you like a more secluded beach, then you can head south and find several small sandy and rocky coves. If you go as far as Biograd na moru, there are more sandy beaches.

In case you are arriving by plane, I am able to offer you a pick-up service at Zadar airport.

Saubere Wohnung mit wundervollem Meerblick

Sehr saubere Wohnung, herrlicher Meerblick, fußläufig sind mehrere Strände erreichbar (ruhig oder lebhaft, Sand, Kies oder Betonplattform), sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber

Hervorragender Aufenthalt

Mein Freund und ich hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung ist top! Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert! Atemberaubender Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon! Tolle Aktivitäten in der Nähe tauchen, windsurfing, essen gehen, Besuch des Nationalparks Krka! Sehr gerne wieder!

14,Tage Familienurlaub mit 2 Kids. 8 und 3 Jahre alt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand. Mit 2 Kindern aber absolut an der Größengrenze. Alles (Strand und Einkauf) gut zu Fuß erreichbar. 10-15min. Diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher hatten

Wir hatten das Studio Appartment im 4. Stock und es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt Satellitenfernsehen und einen größeren Fernseher (das haben wir kaum genutzt) und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, aber mit einem kleinen Baby war der Deckenventilator sogar besser. Da wir mit unserem Baby angereist sind, konnten wir abends nicht ausgehen. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit, denn der Ausblick war einfach nur atemberaubend und so genossen wir die Abende auf dem Balkon, während der Kleine schlief. Das Meer ist vor der Tür und es gibt auch einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Promenade, eine Strandbar, viele Restaurants und Cafes am Hafen (fußläufig) und schattige Plätzchen (wichtig mit Baby) am Strand. Auch die Strände variieren von feinem Kieselstrand bis hin zum eher wilderen Strand und bieten viele Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln an. Der nächst größere Ost (Biograd na Moru) ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen (wäre aber ein längerer Sparziergang). Wir hatten ein Mietauto und waren dort ein paar Mal auf dem Markt, wo es auch frischen Fisch gibt. Dieser Ort und die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Leute, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Ein Ausflug ist auf jeden Fall auch der National Park Krka wert. Dieser befindet sich ca. 60 km von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir danken Herrn Bals für den schönen Urlaub.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Stadtrand vom Filip Jakov. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Auch Biograd ist nicht weit weg. Wohnung und Grundstück sind ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die vorgelagerten Inseln. Ein sehr leise laufender Deckenventilator bringt angenehme Abkühlung am Abend. Für Regentage ist ein großer Sat-TV vorhanden. Man kommt vom Haus aus sehr schnell zum Badeplatz am Meer. Eine kleine Strandbar ist ganz in der Nähe und war unser Lieblingsplatz am Mittag. Dort sitz man praktisch direkt am Wasser und genießt das gute Essen. Das Auto kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück abstellen (Privatparkplatz), den Kinderwagen konnten wir unten im Treppenhaus stehen lassen. Die Vermieter sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da sie im gleichen Haus wohnen, hat man immer einen Ansprechpartner. Zudem sind sie im Notfall Tag und Nacht per Handy erreichbar. Filiv Jakov ist eine relativ kleine Stadt mit vielen gemütlichen Restaurants, Freizeitmöglichkeiten und netten Bewohnern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Filip Jakov sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
