About this property

We look forward to welcoming you in the Holiday Flath in Hooksiel and wish you an unforgettable and relaxing holiday!
Well appointed detached house for 2-6 persons. On approximately 90 square meters of living space you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (on the ground floor with washing machine), large living room with satellite TV, new brand kitchen March 2015 with dining area, a storage room. In the second bedroom upstairs you have an extra sitting area with satellite TV and a small desk, so you can retreat if necessary. It is therefore also suitable for parents with older children or for two couples.
The living room has a satellite TV, stereo, DVD and CD player and a selection of board games and books.
For small children, a high chair and a cot is available. On the terrace with garden furniture and sun screen you have the option to grill. On the property you have a car parking space. The Meerwasserwellenhallenbad is only about 700m. The old center of Hooksiel with several restaurants, pedestrian zone, supermarket and small shops is about 900m. During the season from April to the beginning of October, our beach chair on the textile beach is at your free disposal. Note: The final cleaning of 60 € is included in the rent of the first week.

Gemischte Erfahrung in dieser Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung bot Positives wie moderaten Preis, 2 Bäder mit Fußbodenheizung & umfassende Ausstattung. Negativ: Abgenutzte Einrichtung, schlechte Sauberkeit, Lage außerhalb des Ortskerns & fehlende Bettlaken. Vermieter reagierte wenig kundenorientiert auf Sauberkeitsbedenken. Insgesamt zwiespältiger Eindruck; vor allem die Mängel im punkto Sauberkeit sind für uns ein absolutes No-Go! Hoffen auf bessere Erfahrungen für kommende Gäste.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Hooksiel. Die Familie Flath hat sich im Vorfeld direkt um alle unsere Fragen gekümmert und uns somit einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt gekümmert.

Unterkunft für unsere Bedürfnisse okay

Das Haus ist okay, nicht besonders gut gepflegt und Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Die Ausstattung sehr zusammen gewürfelt, nicht so richtig gemütlich. Kein Hinweis auf die Wasserzufuhr der Spülmaschine. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert, auch die Übergabe vor Ort klappte gut. Für den Preis ein bisschen mehr erwartet, für drei Erwachsene gerade richtig, für sechs Personen unvorstellbar vom Platz her. Nochmal würden wir es nicht buchen.

Schöner Famienurlaub

Wir haben im Ferienhaus der Familie Flath eine schöne Woche mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Auch mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Jugendlichen ging das gut. Besonders gefallen hat mir die schöne Küchenzeile und die Ausstattung der Küche. Außerdem sind zwei Fernseher vorhanden und im oberen Schlafzimmer befindet sich noch eine zusätzliche Sitzgruppe, so dass man sich bei Bedarf zurückziehen kann. Auch die gute und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorzuheben. Insgesamt ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen.
