Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

THE SPACE
Small and bijoux at 1112sf but big on style and luxury! Completely remodeled with open kitchen and new flooring throughout (no carpet). Mid-century modern living room and dining area. Quirky and super stylish with Italian leather, beautiful veneers, 55” Smart TV and lake view. Enjoy morning coffee and the warm Florida sunshine on your south facing balcony. A compact, open and fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed boasting a super comfy Sealy Posturepedic EuroPlush pillowtop mattress, 32” flatscreen TV, overhead fan, lake views and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 leather framed beds, one double and one twin. There's also a 32” flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and a large, full bathroom. Not Quite As Expected

For newly renovated, it has some flaws. Hot/cold installed or labeled backwards in two sinks, no hand towel holder in 2nd bath, dirty shears and NO CURTAINS in LR for privacy (friends commented they could easily see us from the pool area), outlet in LR 1/2 working, sofa legs are routed out, making couch wobble. Lumpy/springy beds in 2nd BR, not fit for adults.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

We fell in love with this property the minute we saw it! Best location on the resort, right next to pool and clubhouse with view over Lake Cay. Compact bijoux. We choose the highest quality mid-century furnishings to make the most of the smallest space.

This property is in a lakeside building in a great location within the resort. Just a 2 minute stroll in either direction along the lake brings you to either the main clubhouse and pool or to the quieter pool and also to Publix supermarket and restaurants.
