*🏠 THE HOUSE: 
Our lovely home is located on a quiet street with short stroll to parks and a cricket field. It’s freshly painted with recent kitchen and main bathroom updates. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 living room, open-plan kitchen & dinning area, 1 laundry room. There are also plenty of street parking outside our property if you are arriving with cars. The living room has a decent size and is open to the main dinning room furnished with 60inch TV, leather sofa, fireplace and a massive bean bag. The house also has dishwasher, pressure cooker, juicer, robot vacuum, and washing machine for your use. We also have a 4 year old moodle (maltese cross poodle) called Little living with us. Hope you don’t mind dogs.

- Only 27 mins away from airport by direct train
- 39mins to Sydney CBD by direct train
- 3 mins drive / 10-14 mins walking distance to Glenfield train station, bus stops, grocery stores, café, bakery, chinese take away, fish and chips shop,liquor store, convenient store, pharmacy, dentists' etc.
- Glenquarie shopping centre, Aldi, McDonald's, Target, Woolworth, Coles etc are just 1.8km away /3 mins drive /15-20mins walk
-Liverpool7 mins away by train or 10mins drive by car.
-Casula Powerhouse Theatre 15 mins away for the art/theatre lovers.
-Horse riding 20 mins away for the ones are into adventures. We also have a horse farm just 2 blocks away.

It's only me and my Mum are living at the house. I'm on my early 30's and my Mum is at her 50's. We are both very easy-going, well-traveled( have been to 34 countries), well-educated and respectful.
